The place is really comfy ‘cause its clean & classic. Although many windows & outdoor but the weather isn’t hot ‘cause there are many trees. Complete facilities ranging from beds, separate toilets & bathrooms (toilet near communal space, bathroom near the living room), lockers to store personal items (expensive things should be brought to the bed ‘cause the lockers are keyless), also kitchen that provides free tea & coffee, brew it yourself, wash it yourself (self service). Ps: The reception also really helpful if you need help or have questions for your trip! Aaand last but not least, the location is very strategic, but not noisy from the hustle and bustle of Malang city center. My 1st solo trip to Malang was only one day, if I go to Malang again, I’ll definitely stay here again! A suitable place to recharge energy. Alone but not lonely🤣

Tempatnya nyaman dan aman. Banyak org nginep disini buat persiapan ke bromo, tpi saya nginep disini karena ada urusan di Malang. Awalnya saya ketar ketir dimintai biaya tambahan tapi disini tidak dimintai sepeserpun dan murni harga dari aplikasi. Saya jdi betah tinggal disini udh bersih, acnya dingin, airnya juga bisa air panas maupun dingin, wangi bahkan wanginya smpi rumah masih nempel, bestlah disini pengen kesini lagi jdinya. About Semeru Hostel Malang
Semeru Hostel is an inn with a simple home concept for backpackers/ travelers. Hostel Semeru is intended for young people who usually like to meet and chat with other travelers. With Free Wifi facilities in all areas, a shared kitchen, Smart TV with netflix available in the shared dining room.
The hostel has a 24-hour front desk, to assist with the check-in process after 12pm. But please contact the hostel at the number provided on our Maps "Semeru Hostel Malang". For guests who will check-in after 12 pm, are expected to book a room on the date before arrival. This avoids the room being filled by other guests when checking in.
Semeru hostel only has a shared bathroom which is outside the room and is separate from the shared toilet. Consists of 4 shared bathrooms (including bath soap and warm water, not with towels / towels can be rent when in hostels) and 3 shared toilets.
The location of the hostel is in the middle of the city, and can be checked via the Maps application to make it easier when going on vacation. By transportation, the hostel can be reached only 4 minutes from Malang City (Kota Baru) Station, 30 minutes from Batu city.
We also provide Bromo sunrise tour packages, Malang Beach tour, Tumpak Sewu tour, Ijen Crater and Scooter rent.
For now we do not provide breakfast, but we can help recommend breakfast around hostel in Malang. As for mineral water, coffee, tea, and sugar, hostel guests can use 24 hours with a self service system.
