Pemilik dan keluarganya sangat ramah. Guesthousenya nyaman, asri dan tenang. Kamar dan kamar mandi bersih. Setelah lama langganan tiket.com, baru kali ini kecewa dengan Tiket.com, di aplikasi tertulis ada fasilitas extra bed seharga Rp 100rb dan sudah saya bayar. Ternyata ketika check in, menurut questhouse nya tidak pernah ada fasilitas extra bed. Jika ada tambahan 1 orang di kamar, dikenakan charge Rp 150rb. Akhirnya saya terpaksa membayar Rp 150rb langsung ke questhouse.

Thank you, putu e Juli, for a wonderful three days in bali. Away from the crowded ubud, if you want a quiet and local place to stay, serongga guest house is yours. Putu is a good driver and arranged for us two beautiful full day tours. Juli is a very good cook and very helpful with my request for an express laundry service. They also have airport service pickup, our flight was delayed and they waited for us without an extra charge.

I stayed at serongga guest house for 3 weeks during my yoga training and it was absolutely amazing! It was the most relaxing part of my 5 month trip in south east Asia. Yulie and putu are very accommodating and welcoming and i felt at home from the first day. The room is very comfortable and their courtyard is so beautiful with so many plants that doing yoga or sitting on the patio with tea in the morning is very peaceful. The neighborhood they live in is also very beautiful and they lent me a scooter for my time there to explore. Breakfast was delicious and their two small dogs are the cutest greeters. I hope to come back one day and visit them and this wonderful place! Highly recommend this place to stay. Thank you, yulia and putu!.

Recommended if you want to explore and immerse yourself in the local culture! Yulie and putu will make you feel right at home! They assisted us in visiting the most important places during our brief visit to bali, including the local night market, volcano trekking, and hindu temples.
