The location of this hotel is good as it is close to the port, the Aluna and nearby cafes. The rooms are quite spacious. The owner and the staff of the hotel are also very kind and helpful.

Saya merekomendasikan hotel ini untuk dikunjungi. Hotelnya besar dan memiliki restoran. Meskipun akses internet di Karimun Jawa sulit, hotel-kamar di Duta Karimun menyediakan WiFi gratis sehingga saya betah berlama-lama di restoran. Hotel ini juga menawarkan paket wisata yang menurut saya sangat memuaskan.

Hotelnya strategis tetapi suasananya terlalu berisik. Kasurnya kurang bersih, toilet tombolnya tidak berfungsi. Toiletnya tidak bisa digunakan karena stopkontak listriknya terlalu tinggi sehingga susah untuk mengangkat telepon genggam. Pelayanannya kurang banyak senyum, kadang senyuman tidak balas senyum. Mohon ditingkatkan lagi dan fasilitasnya diperbaiki ya.

The hotel is strategically located, we can go to the port, Alunalun, and Nice cafes within a short walking distance. The rooms are quite big. The owner and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Buruk.. Jauh jauh ke Hotel Duta Karimun malah ditolak, alasannya tidak kerjasama dengan tiket.com Parah padahal sudah dibayar dengan lunas,, sia sia deh
