Udah bayar hotel disini, malah dari pihak reseptionis bilang kalau hotel nya udh ga bekerja sama dengan aplikasi ini, mereka bilang uang nya tidak disetorkan ke sana sehingga mereka tidak bekerja sama lagi, alhasil uang saya ilang karna tidak bisa masuk, pelayanan nya buruk untuk hotel kelas melati seperti ini. Fasilitas sangat tidak sesuai. Cuma dapat kasur lantau buat 1 orang. Padahal saya pesan kamar AC+TV+KASUR DOUBLE. Hapus aja aplikasinya biar ga ada orang yang merasa ditipu lagi.
