Seumur hidup, gak akan pernah lagi saya menginap di hotel ini. Kronologisnya: Saya booking lewat aplikasi tiket.com dan non refundable. Ketika sampai di hotel, crew yang bertugas menyatakan bahwa kalau mau nginap, saya harus bayar di tempat. Padahal saya sudah pesan dan bayar melalui tiket.com Mereka menyatakan bahwa pemesanan lewat aplikasi itu bohong dan tiket.com adalah aplikasi penipuan. Asli saya malu atas kejadian yang menimpa saya. Karena debat gak ada gunanya, akhirnya saya minta dipertemukan dengan manager hotel, yang dengan gampangnya juga menyatakan bahwa pemesanan dan pembayaran lewat aplikasi itu adalah penipuan. Dan banyak yang sebelum saya setelah pesan lewat aplikasi, mereka "usir pergi". ini pengakuan managernya. Saya telpon owner hotelnya jg gak diangkat. Angkuh atau belagu entahlah. untung saya contact cs tiket.com dan akhirnya bisa refund setelah cs tiket.com berkomunikasi dengan manager hotel. Hati hati menginap disini apabila anda memesan lewat aplikasi
