Kondisi hotel/guesthouse secara keseluruhan bagus, lokasi yang strategis, kemana² dekat, mencari makanan+minuman cukup jalan kaki, dekat dengan indomart juga jadi perlengkapan sehari² bisa dengan mudah didapatkan. Untuk kekurangannya : air panas untuk mandi cepat habis (pakai pemanas listrik) jadi jika ingin mandi air hangat harus menunggu 15-30 menit setelah pemakaian orang pertama. Selebihnya, guest house ini sudah sangat baik dari sisi manapun, harga yang terjangkau, pelayanan yang baik, lokasi strategis, sangat recomended untuk dijadikan pilihan menginap di banyuwangi.
