Tempat yang nyaman, bangunan baru dan modern, fasilitas lengkap, dekat dengan Superindo, TV juga lengkap dan dapat terhubung dengan perangkat lain. Admin responsif, semuanya bagus, tetapi mungkin bisa diperbaiki. Wifi sering terputus di kamar 101, bahkan menggunakan internet sendiri (Telkomsel), sinyalnya sangat sulit.
