Terima kasih atas jamuannya. Kamarnya bersih dan rapi, dilengkapi dengan kamar mandi dalam. Lemarinya cukup besar, dan koneksi WiFi untuk zoom tidak lemot dan keamanan terjamin. Sangat tenang untuk belajar.

I would suggest this guest house to everyone. The threestory structure appears to be immaculate both inside and out. It is conveniently situated in the heart of central japan, near al mintoharjo hospital, menara batavia, the tcc tower, and about 2 km from atmajaya university, making it ideal for both college students and business travelers. All of the rooms in our guesthouse are impeccessarily clean and wellkept. From a total of 32 rooms, you can select if you want fewer bathrooms or id like to stay in one or both. Overall, we think the quality, service, cleanliness, convenient location, as well as the excellent customer service are all worth the money.

Tempat kos ini sangat nyaman, baik dari luar maupun interiornya. Cocok untuk karyawan maupun mahasiswa yang ingin pindah ke sini. Lokasinya yang strategis di Bendungan Hilir, dekat dengan pusat perkantoran Sudirman, bisa menjadi pilihan yang tepat untuk pindah ke sini. Fasilitasnya sangat baik dan CCTV 24 jam, serta ada satpam kompleks. Saya merekomendasikan tempat ini bagi mereka yang mencari kos di area Bendungan Hilir.

Saya memberikan 10 bintang karena tidak semua kos dikelola dengan profesional dan memperhatikan hal-hal umum hingga detail. Baru 2 bulan di sini, tetapi ketika saya pertama kali masuk, saya langsung merasakan bagaimana pemilik ingin menunjukkan sisi elegan dan fasilitas yang membuat penghuni nyaman. Foto-foto yang saya unggah menunjukkan betapa perhatian pemilik terhadap ruang yang sulit dibersihkan, memberikan gantungan serbaguna, tersedianya rak sepatu yang cukup luas di bawah lemari, adanya laci di bawah kasur, hingga detail seperti lampu di tangga saat malam hari. Fasilitas juga tidak kalah baiknya dengan adanya Asisten Rumah Tangga (ART) yang bisa diminta untuk membersihkan setiap dua minggu sekali dan adanya laundry yang langsung datang. Ada juga dapur, kulkas dan pantry jika ingin bersantai atau bosan di kamar Kamar ini dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu kamar mandi luar dan kamar mandi dalam, meskipun kamar mandi luar mereka juga memperhatikan efisiensi kamar mandi yang dibagi khusus untuk mandi dan buang air, sehingga menghemat waktu bagi orang-orang yang sering mandi bersama dengan buang air dan membuat antrian panjang. Disini kosan campur, tetapi untuk laki-laki dikhususkan di lantai 1 dan kecuali lantai 2 yang kamar mandi dalam, sedangkan untuk perempuan di lantai 2 dan Jadi mengurangi hal-hal yang diinginkan. Secara keseluruhan, lokasi di pusat Jakarta dan fasilitas yang membuat nyaman, harga yang ditawarkan menjadi masuk akal atau bahkan bisa dibilang murah dibandingkan dengan yang lain.

The suite at artha is among the best kosan in japan, especially in bendungan Hilir. Its exterior design stands out in comparison to the surrounding environment and has a spacious parking lot for 3/4 cars and some motorcycles. Since only those with access cards can enter the building, this structure is also secure. However, you dont have to worry if you forgot to bring your card because there is tavern that will notify the housekeepers that you are waiting outside. The housekeeping staff are extremely helpful and kind. Even in the middle of the night when you ran out of electricity tokens, they are always available to assist you. A larger room with utensils. I am very pleased with this room. With opulent bathrooms with water heaters it is more practical. Both rooms have incredibly large cupboards with enormous mirrors on them. There is plenty of storage space for your belongings here and there. Thank you, suite @ arthas!.

Harganya sebanding sama yang didapet. Lokasinya oke banget, pake akses fingerprint, jadi lebih aman. Pemiliknya baik-baik. Koneksi internetnya cepet, kamarnya dibersihin seminggu dua kali, fasilitas laundry, mbanya baik, sama ownernya yang ramah. Kamarnya gak gede, tapi spacey banget, soalnya banyak rak sama lemari. Furnitur dikamarnya pun diatur sedemikian rupa biar gak gede dan gak pernah rebutan sama orang lain. Kamar mandinya diluar, tapi bersih banget, dibersihkan tiap hari dan gak pernah rebutan sama orang lain. Kamarnya gak besar, tapi spacey banget, soalnya banyak rak sama lemari. Susunan furnitur dikamarnya juga sebagus supaya gak sempit, kualitasnya juga bagus banget. Tinggal bawa barang pribadi aja, ga perlu pake acara beli rak tambahan dll. Semua barang muat semua haha. Kostnya terasa kaya dirumah banget, dapurnya nyaman, mbanya baik, ownernya ramah. Koneksi internetnya kencang, kamarnya dibersihkan seminggu 2 kali, fasilitas laundry, kostnya selalu bersih ga pernah kotor haha. Lokasinya oke banget dan pakai fingerprint access jadi lebih aman. Harga kostnya sesuai budget, love banget!
