It would not be the last time I stayed here, even though I'm leaving Indonesia today because I'm not able to stay in any hotel, but make certain 1. You go to Vegan Soul for breakfast, 2. Ask if there is a charge for water, and do not indicate why you do not like the breakfast because it is unhealthy. 3. Choose the room rate without breakfast and don't tell them you had found an amazing healthy option with rye bread, coconut milk, fantastic smoothies, fruit salads, and fantastic dinner. Completely shocking customer service and very disappointed. Arriving and being given 2 rates, 350 without breakfast and 400 with breakfast. On the first day, we decided to try breakfast, terrible plastic white bread and fat-dripped eggs. This is typical of most cheap hotels in Indonesia, so we don't complain about breakfast. On the last day, we didn't get chance to go to the amazing vegan restaurant 10 minutes away not on trip advisor but vegan soul food turn left out of the hotel, after around 5 minutes, turn right at the monument roundabout, after 45 minutes, keep an eye out for the small wooden sign on the left, and follow the track for about 3 minutes. Amazing food and excellent customer service, not vegan, but great healthy food the best on the island. Highly advised. I'm so disappointed with this place. We got here and were given two prices, 350 without breakfast and 400 with breakfast. We decided to try breakfast the first day, terrible plastic white bread and fat-drooping eggs. Breakfast is not a problem for us since this is typical of most inexpensive places in Indonesia. We didn't have a chance to go to the wonderful vegan restaurant 10 minutes away, not on Trip Advisor, but vegan soul food. Turn left from the hotel after around 5 minutes, turn right at the Monument roundabout, after 45 minutes turn right at the monument roundabout. Amazing food and excellent customer service We are not vegan, but the best healthy food on the island is excellent. Highly suggested. Anyway back to the facts, we informed the reception that we had 2 days with breakfast and 2 days without, so I politely asked if she would take 100 from the bill the money is irrelevant the money is irrelevant, it's just the principle of not wanting to pay for something which we didn't choose to have, she refused, saying we were the worst guests she has ever had! I recommend this hotel to anyone. My husband and I remained here for two nights. The room was not particularly clean, and the bathroom had an odd position. There is no roof over the shower, and the sink's faucet is too close to the sink's bottom. So, if you want to take a shower while it is raining, you must do so in the rain. The staff was mostly unhelpful or friendly. Two young men who were friendly and fluent in English were the only helpful personnel. Additionally, the restaurant was filthy and flies were present. Although I am aware that it is located in the jungle and that insects are expected, we walked 5 minutes up the road to Namaste bungalows to eat there, and there were no flies at all! Plus, the meals were significantly better! Finally, we rented two mopeds from Biting Bungalow, which was a disaster. The manager informed us that one of the mopeds didn't have a working streetlight from the start. Then after driving for about 15 to 20 minutes, the brakes released with the broken brakes. Despite the fact that we didn't crash it or anything, the manager tried to force us to pay for the rusted brake. Ultimately, our time at Biting Bungalow was terrible. Pelayanan stafnya ramah. Beruntung saya bisa cek ini pagi dan checkout pun ditunggu sampai selesai. Sayang saya tidak terlalu menikmati hotelnya karena sibuk keliling dan kalau siang malam area kolam restoran selalu ramai dengan tamu bule. Ada 2 tipe bungalow homestay jadi pas pesan di pastikan lagi biar tidak salah he. Cuma air minumnya di kamar enggan disediakan air dan telepon.

Pertama kali sampai saya tidak diberikan handuk dan sikat gigi, akhirnya saya menemui pelayan untuk meminta handuk dan cukup lama diberikan. Sedangkan sikat gigi dan odol ternyata tidak disediakan sama sekali. Teman saya mengecek kulkas dan isinya bau duren. Lalu saat malam ingin tidur kami melihat tikus berjalan di atas kayu, benar2 melihat banget dan membuat kami terkaget. Malam itu juga suara anjing lumayan berisik sehingga cukup terganggu untuk istirahat. Lalu saat bangun pagu saya dan teman saya benar2 di buat kaget karna sendal teman saya putus dan sepatu air jordan saya yang ada di depan pintu digigit anjing. Saya benar2 menangis pagi itu, karena itu sepatu yang masih 3 bulan saya beli dan menjadi favorit saya. Akhirnya saya dan teman saya memberitahu kepada pelayan disitu dan ternyata tidak ada pertanggung jawaban sama sekali. Saya cukup menyesali keputusan saya menginap ditempat ini melihat semua situasi yang saya hadapi. Saya benar2 tidak terima bahwa pihak penginapan sama sekali tidak peduli untuk musibah yang saya alami. Saya ingin mengingatkan bahwa jangan percaya dengan review TikTok.
