I would have no qualms about booking and staying here again! I stayed in the twobedroom villa for three nights, and the rooms and service were excellent, as was the spa treatments. The villa pool was clean, wellkept, and of a decent size and depth. There are many photo opportunities and lovely, colorful trees in the resort with flowers. There is a lot of natural wildlife. We attended the pasar malam dinner event during our stay, which featured music and dance that was reasonably priced and wellliked by all. They also provided bespoke food for our youngest child upon request, and they welcomed custom breakfast requests. Each day breakfast was provided in our villa, which was very helpful for two young children, and they even put a high chair in the villa for the duration of our stay. Excellent location for bars and restaurants, but to get to the beach, you have to navigate the roads, there is no permitted cut through via the resorts on the beach, so it took us 15 minutes to walk there.

We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit sanur! Amazing service from start to finish! Our pool villa was excellent and the perfect quiet retreat we needed. The staff were amazing, from delivering breakfast to our villa to welcoming us for an evening meal. We went for half board which worked perfectly as the food here is great. We both had massages at the spa which were very relaxing and highly recommended! The resort is tucked away nicely and very peaceful, but only a short 5 minute walk to the beach with lots of shops and restaurants.

Our time at the pavillions bali was fantastic. The spa was a great place for me to visit. Our villa was large and had a private pool, making it the ideal spot to unwind. The staff was hospitable, kind, and accommodating. The restaurants dinners were fantastic, and the breakfasts that were brought to our villa were excellent.

This is the most beautiful hotel, as other reviews have noted, and we had an amazing stay! With personalized villa signs, nightly turndown gifts, and a bath filled with rose petals, we felt like royalty. Our private pool villa was fantastic, and the rooms were elegant and luxurious. Everything was made so simple with the hotel website, with a butler assigned to our room and everything being a quick online order away. The staff was also extremely helpful and understanding, they went above and beyond, even helping me arrange a surprise gift for my partner on our last day! Apart from repeating what others have said, one thing that stood out the most for me was how we were treated after checking out of the pavilion. We checked out at lunchtime, but our flight wasnt until midnight, and after a very humid day walking around bali, we returned to collect our bags before our flight and were pleasantly surprised to be welcomed back and able to use all of the hotel facilities. This included swimming in the main pool, ordering drinks at the pool bar, and even having dinner at the hotel restaurant before our flight, despite the fact that we hadnt made a reservation. Given that we had checked out that morning, i didnt expect to be able to use the hotel facilities and was so incredibly grateful to be treated like welcome guests even after we left. Plus, after my sweaty day in the sun, i was dreading the flight home, so i was incredibly grateful to be able to swim and eat delicious food before an overnight flight. We will definitely be back!.

We just had a six-night stay at the Pavilions Bali two bedroom pool villa. Staff were genuinely warm and helpful, it made us feel so welcomed. The villa grounds are a nice and quiet retreat from the buzz of Sanur. The breakfast is served in the villa with a good variety of options to choose from. In-room dining is a life saver during rainy weather when staying in the villa was a better option. Food was carefully prepared and very delicious. The mall is across the street and dining outlets are plenty up and down and main road. The Sanur beach is just a short stroll away. The only small gripe was the wooden door to the villa was a bit old and did not lock easily. The mini kitchen facilities were a bit run down and really needed an overhaul. Other than this, everything else was perfect!!

I would definitely stay here again! We made a sameday reservation because we had to spend an extra night in bal due to a travel hiccup. Even though we just happened to find this lovely little resort, it turned out to be such a lucky turn. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, printing important documents we needed for our travel visas and responding to every request with kindness and efficiency. We were also treated to a beautiful gamelan and balinese dance performance and buffet. Thank you, dear staff at the pavilions!.

I heartily suggest this location for a lovely day. This is where i celebrated my wedding anniversary. The setting is stunning, and there is wonderful privacy. The entire team at the establishment was incredibly kind and courteous. They gave us a warm welcome and provided us with helpful advice. The breakfast was excellent. I want to thank the entire team.
