Hotel kecil yang bagus dengan staf yang ramah, tapi sayangnya, perbandingan harga-kinerjanya kurang tepat. Kami pikir kami akan memanjakan diri dengan sesuatu yang sedikit lebih mahal untuk satu malam, tapi ternyata cukup standar. Dekorasinya memang bagus, tapi ada jamur di langit-langit dan sisanya tidak terlalu istimewa.

We will definitely book again here. Thank you to all the staff at white bay kuta lombok. My brother and i stayed in the double bed room here it was absolutely amazing. I would happily book here again. The room was clean and easy to find, the free breakfast was great and the most important was how amazing the staff here were. Everyone spoke excellent english, helped us with laundry and taxi service and allowed us to check out late.

Kami benar-benar menikmati masa tinggal yang luar biasa di White Bay! Layanan selalu luar biasa, staf selalu sangat ramah, sopan, dan membantu. Kami memesan skuter terlebih dahulu melalui WhatsApp. Awalnya ada sedikit kesalahpahaman antara manajer dan tim, tetapi segera diselesaikan tanpa masalah yang sangat profesional! Kamar-kamarnya benar-benar lucu dan didekorasi dengan penuh kasih, kami langsung merasa seperti di rumah sendiri. Sarapan menawarkan berbagai hidangan, jadi ada sesuatu untuk semua orang. Lokasinya juga bagus, banyak restoran, toko, dan spa yang dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki. Secara keseluruhan, masa menginap yang sangat menyenangkan dan sangat kami merekomendasikan!

I have nothing but praise for our time at white bay in kuta. The location was ideal, with the beach, restaurants, and shops all within easy reach. The accommodation is also nicely hidden away from the busy street. The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly, always smiling, and incredibly helpful. They really went above and beyond to ensure our trip was smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were exactly what we needed. Clean, comfortable, and everything set up just right for a relaxing and hasslefree stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend white bay to anyone visiting kuta. We will definitely be back!.

This place is a great place to stay, its quiet and relaxing away from the main road. The rooms are a good size and comfortable with air conditioning. The staff are very friendly and helpful and arranged transportation to Senggigi for us. There is also quick and easy scooter rental from reception. The breakfast is delicious and well presented.

This place has everything you need! It is pretty clean and has a pool and the breakfast is good. The only downside is the bathroom has a bit of a sewage scent and the window is open with no screen which lets mosquitos in. Also the wifi is a bit slow but usable. The shining star of our visit though was the hotel staff, Daniel! He was an amazing help going above and beyond for whatever we needed. He set up transportation for us and anything we needed he did his best to get. He was so positive and an absolute joy!
