Pada saat check-in, di sistem hotel sempat terbaca cuma booking untuk 1 kamar, padahal di voucher hotel tertulis untuk 3 kamar. setalah beberapa saat menunggu dan komplain, akhirnya bisa dicarikan 3 kamar maski salah satunya kamar yang lebih luas/ naik kelas. Lokasi cukup strategis di dekat Simpang Lima Semarang, meski tidak tersedia sarapan, tpi di depan hotel ada warung makan prasmanan dengan banyak pilihan lauk dan harga terjangkau.
