We had an absolutely amazing experience at the uma kalai. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting ubud. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early at around 12 pm. We arrived at the hotel very early, which was a big plus. If you book a suite we recommend the 1 bedroom water jala. Its on the top floor so you wont hear any foot steps. Would definitely send a friend there. Wichittra and dermot.

Uma Kalai adalah hotel terbaik yang pernah saya kunjungi. Awalnya saya bingung karena pintu masuknya sangat sempit dan resepsionisnya kecil, tetapi begitu saya masuk ke hotel, saya mau tidak mau mengatakan wow. Jalan menuju kamar sangat indah dan hotel ini sempurna untuk privasi, sedangkan pemandangan di depan kamar sangat menakjubkan. Kolam renang luar ruangan pribadi dan tempat tidur memberikan kenyamanan dan kenyamanan. Ini adalah tempat yang ingin saya kunjungi lagi.

I stayed for two nights between march 3 and 5th, 2024, after a conference in nusa dua at this hidden hideaway. I guess everyone is wondering why they are getting 10.0 on all websites. I thought it must be a fake. Oh, and the food is great, the spa is so stylish and the massage is amazing. Dear uma kalai staff, you take such pride in your work. Please keep doing it. It was a privilege to meet you, ade, deke, akasa, and nomil. Thank you for making this unforgettable.

Our time at uma kalai was truly unforgettable for all the reasons! The view from the pool area was breathtaking. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff truly made the experience special by being attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Uma kalai is very peaceful so its perfect place to relax while being close to the centre of ubud.

What a treasure and a wonderful surprise. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, from the attentiveness of the staff (Dickie, Rana, Dustin, eka, etc. ), to the location (6 rooms in the entire hotel, the room, the food at the restaurant, and of course the spa. We enjoyed every minute of our time there, in fact, we didnt want to leave the hotel. If we return, we will definitely stay again at this beautiful, intimate hotel.

Pijat di spa juga sangat bagus. Karena jumlah kamarnya sedikit, seluruh hotel sangat akrab dan Anda memiliki banyak kesempatan untuk kedamaian dan relaksasi untuk diri sendiri. I had a great time staying at uma kalai. The personal service, particularly from gumsti, eka, rana, and the rest of the staff, was excellent. I was able to explore ubud and its surroundings and received many recommendations for restaurants, sights, nature, and art. The views from the hotel are stunning, and the rooms are spacious and welldesigned, while the small size of the hotel gives the impression that you are staying in a private villa. The spa massage is also excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly personal and catered experience in bali!.

This place is amazing! The staff are very attentive and professional, they really go above and beyond during your stay here. Our room was magical and the perfect place to relax and recharge, it also had the most amazing view. It was perfect for celebrating an anniversary, they looked after us very well. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet and secluded place with only 6 villas so minimal guests. I would recommend it highly if i tried.

Dear agung and uma team, i sincerely thank you for your infinite level of hospitality! And that in just 24 hours. I have been fortunate to visit quite a few boutique hotels around the world, but my alltime favorite is aman. Uma has given me that same vibe. Boutique luxury. To begin with a pictureperfect epic view framed between palm trees. Wellkept gardens and walking areas. A fivestar hospitality team with sincere kindness, smiles, interest, and stories for their guests. Timeless tropical luxury design in the dining areas Delicious beef rendang. Not too chewy. Perfect tender. Wellmade classic negronis comfortable mattresses, firm and soft pillows, topped off by cookies. Wind down service with a room that was cozy and ready for the night when we came home from supper outside. A rain shower that was addictive and difficult to get out of. Clean cars, fresh cold water, cookies, and coconut water after our morning walk. Of course many more. But one thing that stood out and i have never experienced was the car that was washed and vacuumed. Brilliant eye for detail. Thank you daniel, you and the team.

Wow wow! We chose to come here for our honeymoon and were so glad we did! An absolute gem in not only bali but also the world. Be prepared to be looked after with everything you want or need taken care of. Uma kalai is a small boutique hotel with only 3 villas and 3 rooms. Each villa or room has something special, whether it is the view, easy pool access or its own private pool. The property is also homely, but it has everything you could want from spa services, beautiful pool, stunning view, restaurant onsite, and comfortable living and dining area for relaxing, eating or playing games. The service, however, really sets this place apart. We have never experienced such amazing service anywhere in the world. A big thank you to eka, gusti, rana, and arung. From helping us with our booking to greeting us with cold towels and peanuts and coffee, to treating us to champagne, flowers, and honeymoon arrangements upon arrival, to reaching out to their personal knowledge and networks to ensure that we saw the best of bali and didnt get scammed, it was unbelievable. Their desire to make the best trip possible knew no bounds, even inviting us to their house for a ceremony and reaching out to friends to make sure we were taken care of. Dont hesitate to stay at uma kalai, these guys are the best!.

Our time at uma kalai was fantastic. Kala, our reservation, was roomy and cozy. Every morning, waking up to the balcony overlooking a rice field was a lovely sight. Our butlers were also excellent dicky and eka were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Compared to most fivestar hotels, their services were personalized and superior. Small gestures like preparing fruits and juices for us to take on our mount batur tour and providing sarongs and towels for our temple visit helped us avoid any inconveniences and were incredibly comfortable. The masseus was skilled, and the spa treatments were also reasonably priced. I went two days in a row because it was so good. Looking forward to returning to uma kalai on our next trip to ubud.

Above our expectations. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, the views are beautiful, and the facilities are excellent. But most importantly, we are amazed by how helpful and kind the staff are, always caring about us and helping us organize all our trips or needs. My girlfriend and i are staying at this villa for 4 nights. Bali is my first time visiting. The staff is very professional. Once we arrived, they clearly explained every detail. They opened a whatsapp group where we could order food, request arrangements, and maintenance. And they always responded and responded quickly to our requests. The villa itself did not look good at the entrance. But it was great inside. Everything looked new and clean. Even the gym was new and wellequipped. We had breakfast and lunch in these few days. The food was excellent and well served. But these were not the best thing we experienced. The staff at uma kalai gave us a great impression. We felt at home. They were always so passionate and helpful. They treated us like family. They arranged for us to have a good bath in an impressive setting, which keeps our stay better. My girlfriend was sick and had a fever on the last two days. They started providing ginger tea for us. They even called to see if they could help and gave us some good advice. Last but not least, when we left the villa on the last day, they mistakenly charged us a sum of money which was more than necessary. When they found out this, the manager immediately contacted me, drove his motorcycle and caught my car to give me back the money! I was not even angry or disappointed. I felt so happy that they had done so much for the customers. I wish i could stay at umakalai for more nights. I recommend it to all tourists to ubud. It will be the best decision you have made. Even if it is not a famous villa in ubud, you will be surprised to have such unforgettable hospitality in Bali!.

Ibu eka and her team provided impeccable, genuine, highly professional attention to detail service that made you feel very cared for, the spa therapists are amazing, and the food is fresh and delicious. I cant recommend this gem of a boutique hotel enough.
