Dengan sangat hormat saya kasih tau kepada semua orang. Bahwa saya merasa sangat tertipu dengan penginapan ini, sudah bayar di aplikasi. Ternyata setelah datang ke penginapan dijawab ketus sudah full. Booked, alasan sudah gak kerja sama dengan pihak aplikasi tiket.com. TOLONG DENGAN SANGAT HAPUS SAJA NAMA HOTEL INI DALAM APLIKASI, SANGAT MERESAHKAN. karena rombongan saya jadi terlantar di jalanan karena tidak dapat tempat penginapan. Kami dapat penginapan dengan dibantu supir travel tour kami jam 1 malam. Bayangkan kami kayak gelandangan di bali. Pelayanan sangat tidak ramah. JELEK SANGAT JELEK TIDAK SESUAI DENGAN FOTO.
