The bathroom was awful. Despite having no toilet paper, no hot water, the toilet seat and shower handle were damaged, and the water flow was extremely low. The service was poor. They did not tidy my room at all during my four nights there, and they didn't provide me with free mineral water every day. When I checked, I only once experienced this. Throughout my travels to different cities, this is the worst I have ever discovered. I have two stars because the location was so convenient. Nearly everything you could want to see in Banding is nearby. The bed is cozy, and the air conditioner is working well. They gave the rooms mobile number where guests should submit any complaints, and because they didn't want to receive negative online feedback, asked that the complaints should also be reported to receptionists. I did, but I received no reply. I'm currently composing my review here.

Hotelnya bersih dan enak, sayangnya tidak disediakan tisu toilet. Pelayanan ramah dan tidak ada deposit, hanya kartu identitas saja. Tempat parkir terpisah untuk mobil dan motor. Ada pemanas air juga.

Map lokasi d aplikasi tiket.com tidak akurat saya ikutin malah ke jalan buntu saya coba tanya ada warga di sana ternyata memang hotel nya ada d belakang tpi mobil gak bisa masuk ke dalem soalnya jalan nya kecil, harus muter dlu keluar dan iyu jauh banget, akhirnya saya ikutin map yg sesuai di google map aja langsung

I have a promo code and get a cheap voucher for 1 night stay, but it really confused me to get confirmation from the accommodation. We have to call the manager to confirm the booking order coz after hour I wait confirm email after I pay by transfer but nothing happened, finally I get the confirm but I do not get a room like the choice in the application, then I complain about that to the manager, then they finally let me move to the room like the choice, thank you. But something I surprised about the yo system is that it looks less attention to customer service. Yes I pay less because of the promo but I have traveled more and received good service from another application, so I think what you can expect in a cheap promo room that does not match the photo in the application. I hope that the next season the app's owner can provide correct information about the place and room offered. The picture is from yo app and reality. Before and after move room. I would like to thank yo anyway.
