Menginap di Hotel ini sangat mengecewakan dan yang terburuk selama saya menyewa penginapan. Foto yang ditampilkan menipu alias tidak sesuai dan fasilitas yang ditawarkan tidak ada padahal harga yang saya bayarkan 700 ribu sekian melalui aplikasi. Diajak melihat 3 kamar yang tersedia karena kami sendiri pengunjungnya, 3 kamar terbaiknya menurut mereka bagi kami semuanya buruk, memilih 1 karena tidak bisa sama sekali di refund atau ada kompensasi dari pihak hotel atas penipuan tersebut. Jadi kami dengan berat hati menginap semalam. Berikut pengalaman yang saya alami selama nginap 1 malam di penginapan ini : 1. Bangunannya horor alias tidak terawat 2. Fasilitas TV yang dijanjikan di aplikasi nyatanya tidak ada 3. Kulkas tidak dibersihkan sama sekali alias sudah muncul jamur 4. Lemari pakaian rusak parah 5. Kolam renang yang kotor dengan serangga 6. Akses view ke pantai itu mengecewakan sekali karena pantainya penuh batu karang dan merupakan jalanan warga Kalau ada pilihan lain, lebih baik memilih yang lain. Oh iyaa kalau pesan langsung ditempat, harganya tidak tertarif langsung melainkan disebut atau digetok entah dasar apa. Ini pengalaman saya dan keluarga yang sangat kecewa dan tidak bakal kembali ke hotel ini.Popular Facilities
