Pertama kali liat review villanya aku suka bgt, pas buat perjalanan bersama keluarga dg fasilitasnya lengkap tersedia 4 kmr yg luas + banyak extra bed,dapur alat2 lengkap,private pool pkknya happy nyaman bgt, oh cm 1 yg perlu diperbaiki utk sarung bantal bed cover mohon diganti ya krn berbau gak enak bgt bekas dipakai orang cm itu sih yg minusnya villa ini rekommend deh bt yg mau liburan ramean sm keluarga atau rekan2 krn bisa muat utk 20 orang đđ»

Book vila ini niatnya mau healing, tapi malah bikin mood jelek. Foto di aplikasi tiket beda banget dgn kenyataan. Baru sampe, langsung disambut pemandangan garasi yang berantakan dengan barang numpuk (bisa liat bukti foto). Ac di lt.2, begitu dinyalain bau bgt udaranya. Pemanas air ga ada, adanya teko pakai gas, tangan sy sampe kebakar waktu manasin air. Kulkas rusak, ga ada penyangga minuman. Utk harga vila hampir 5 juta, tissue aja ga disediain, harus komplain dulu , awalnya blg cuma ada tisu toilet, banyak vila lain yg harganya dibawah ini tp nyediain semua kok, contohnya kala cabin yg dl jg pernah kita sewa. Jacuzzi angetnya lama banget sampe anak saya nunggunya kedinginan. Utk anggota keluarga yg berhijab, hati2, di lt bawah ga ada gorden, jadi auratnya bs langsung diliat orang luar. Yg ga saya sukai lagi, petugas penjaganya bebas keluar masuk vila ini, anak saya yg gak pakai hijab sampe harus ngumpet, setelah ditegur baru mengerti. Piring2 keliatan disimpan lama dan ketika akan dipakai, agak berdebu dan ada noda. Spons cuci piringnya bisa diliat ya, udah ga layak pakai! Sumber bakteri itu pak owner, masa sih tega ke pengunjung? Washtafel cuci piring jorok. Kolam renang jorok, bikin ga selera berenang sampe kotorannya kita angkat sendiri pakai saringan. Kamar mandi semuanya ga ada pengharum, bau. Di lt 3, kursi santai 2 basah dan rusak. Yg bikin nightmare lagi, bantal2 bau tengik dan bikin ga nyaman tidur, terus di tetangga2 vila sedang ada konstruksi!! Pantes aja vila ini available pdhal udh deket weekend. Duh. Apes banget. Semoga jadi bahan instrospeksi buat owner ya. Ga lagi2 deh ajak keluarga besar kesini. Nightmare!Popular Facilities

Located in the breezy hills of Lembang, Villa 360 Lembang offers accommodation a 6-minute drive from Jendela Alam amusement park. The property offers an indoor pool, a sun terrace, a playroom and spacious living and dining area. Complimentary WiFi access is provided at the property.
