Kamar panas sekali, nunggu dingin bisa 6jam mungkin. Dikamar water heater mati, ketika di colok di listrik kerannya nyetrum. Sudah di jelaskan kamar tidak ada tv di aplikasi, Check in lama, nunggu pegawai lama. Karyawan ramah tapi pelayanan dan tata cara melayani nya sangat kurang.
