Nous avons passé 8 jours à villa Lallu dans une villa 2 chambres. Que du bonheur, les villas sont immenses avec beaucoup de charme, confort simple, très belle piscine dans un magnifique jardin tropical très bien entretenu, tout ce que l’on attendait d’un séjour à Bali. Très calme mais à 2 mn des restaurants et du shopping. Une belle adresse simple et typique.

Nette,hilfsbereite Personal ,schönes Haus mit großen Zimmer,wunderbarer Garten mit Schwimmpool,ruhige Lage.Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend,aber wir haben dafür bezahlen,obwohl bei der Buchungen das Früchstück inbegriffen war.

Jardin magnifique avec piscine Calme et reposant Proche commodités 2min à pied (change, resto, boutique) Bon réseau wifi Le petit déjeuner n'est pas un buffet un peu regrettable mais reste vraiment très satisfaisant Le personnel est agréable et à l'écoute. La propreté des chambres, la qualité de la literie, les meubles et plus de la chambre nous rappelle que ce n'est qu'un 3 étoiles. Grand dommage. Reste un agréable souvenir de notre séjour et ne regrette en aucun cas notre choix.

The gardens are gorgeous but the rooms are in dire need of cleaning and repairs. It's obvious there is no money being put back into the villas. The staff do their best and are very helpful. Very sad to see it go downhill.

I heartily endorse it. Villa Lulu is a peaceful retreat right in the middle of busy seminar roads, bars, shops, and beaches. The hotel was not fully booked when we arrived, so they upgraded our room themselves so we had a more enjoyable experience. The villa in which we stayed had an amazing inner garden, the entire house is literally open and open, including the shower. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and spoken well. A true experience was staying at Villa Lulu! During your stay, you can have a princess or prince.

When considering villa lulu, don't anticipate any luxury, it's not a private villa or has the amenities that you would anticipate from other villas. The entire complex is in dire need of renovation, your room is low security, even if you lock the doors to the one bedroom because it is an open space, someone can easily enter your kitchen area or bathroom. The complex is calm, the pool area is badly run down, the very old pool seating is falling apart, the towels are all old, frayed, and stained, and there are damaged tiles in the pool that could easily cause damage to your toe if they are accidentally moved while you are in the water. The t. Is a very old small square box type with only a few channels, in a villa with a one-bedroom, you must go to bed to watch t. I. The fan in the open area appeared to have not been cleaned for ten years. Breakfast is very basic, eggs fried, we requested an omelet, but they refused. You got toast, local coffee, and watermelon juice, that's it. If they have fruit, perhaps some fruit. Although the office staff is fantastic, your stay will not be pleasant.

Def needs some,work and some things need replacing .... internet and tv stopped working after day 4 and had to log onto another rooms internet. The toilet itself moved and the toilet seat was scratched and dirty and def needs replaced. Pool was in a beautiful setting although the pool needed some work with loose tiles that were dangerous on the steps. Staff were beautiful and were always there to please. Would probs not return to these Villas unless a lot of work was done.

Die Hotel Anlage befindet sich circa 5 gehe Minuten vom die Haupt Straße entfernt trotz dem hört man nichts. Die traditionellen Gebäuden sind in eine gut etablierte Garten um die Schwimmbad gebaut, trotzdem gewohnt man nichts vom die anderen Bewohner.

We arrived to a pleasant man at reception, whereby he only asked one passport when there was 4 of us.We then went on to ask about facilities and was told there was none when online it says the facilities what we asked were provided. So after much thought and one night we walked out the next morning, as I felt and my fellow travellers felt is was spooky, no nice aura about the place. Only seemed to men around and too many men asking questions, as we were women on our own. Oh and one of our beds collapsed. When contacting Expedia about our unhappiness they were fantastic and Expedia contacted Villa Lalu to no avail, so that says it all.

From the photos we thought we'd love it. This was far from the actual place, it was dirty, no maintenance done on the grounds. Bathrooms, kitchen areas were filthy. Beds looked cleaned. Garden areas were not gardens, they were weeds!!!! I alreay had the flu , we were concerned for our health to stay at Villa Lalu as it was unhygienic. Management could not be found to discuss this. We waited for over 2 hours, finally deciding we had to leave to look for alternative accommodation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE! Now we are struggling to get a refund for this disgusting place!
