I had all 4 villas booked for guests at my wedding in the North of Bali.
Initially, contact was ok. There is clearly a language barrier with the Dutch owners though, who do not speak English well.
The actual villas themselves were nice enough. Clean & well maintained. Although I personally didn't stay here, my family & friends reported it to be fine. Issues with power, air conditioning and maintenance issues such as faulty shower head were addressed eventually but frustrating that they were an issue in the beginning.
The problem with this establishment, is the owner himself. He is very difficult to communicate with, very rude, stubborn & arrogant. Pretended to be nice by offering a nice meal and wine to my guests on arrival (after a 4 hour delay from the south because their driver couldn't find their villa) But then charged them for it.
As they were my guests, I had booked the accommodation originally, and paid on their behalf. Upon checking out, my guests tried to pay for what they used food & drink wise, but the owner refused to accept their money. Then, proceeded to send me the bill for their stay. Charging water (which was free) and laundry (which was not used) as well as other items not consumed, or offered as what was implied as a ' gift ' or 'gesture of good will' (example food And wine on arrival!)
And when we challenged this, the owner ignored our questions then denied that the guests tried to pay directly. He also said I agreed to pay. Which is a total lie.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend these villas purely because of the owner. And ... they are really really out of the way .. The drivers all found them very difficult to find.
