Patuno Wakatobi Resort adalah hotel terbaik di Pulau Wangi-Wangi... Terima kasih telah meng-upgrade kamar saya dari Superior (Building-2 lantai) menjadi Suite Room (Rumah Panggung) selama 2 hari menginap.... Sayang kamar nya banyak nyamuk dan kamar mandi nya selalu ada genangan air, karena letak pembuangan lebih tinggi... Malam hari beberapa kali listrik padam jadi gelap gulita... Sambungan internet sangat lambat, sedangkan telepon selular sulit signal.. sambungan ke operator tidak terkonesi.... Agak terhibur dengan suasana pantai, keramahan pelayanan dan makan pagi yang enak...
Saran saya: Pos jaga dan portal perlu di cat ulang... Kebersihan mulai dari jalan masuk.. bersih dari daun-daun... kerapihan secara keseluruhan, terutama yang di daerah belakang ada mobil2, mesin, kapal, bangunan yang sudah rusak... Dan yang penting peta dan informasi lengkap mengenai jadwal kapal ke pulau Kaledupa, Tomia, Binongko... Bisa bekerja sama dengan Tourist information center.
Saya berharap untuk kedatangan berikutnya semua sudah rapi, tertata, bersih, info lengkap, makanan enak dan keramahan pelayanan tetap terjaga.Popular Facilities
