Overall, it was a good hotel and I would recommend this hotel. To be quite honest, I was a little sceptical of this hotel when I made my reservation. But to my surprise, after my time at this hotel, I do not regret choosing this hotel. The hotel staff, the receptionists, and the breakfast hall waiters were all very friendly and helpful. They were pleasant to talk to and also answered my questions. Room number 107 was provided. It was a superior single room. The space was adequate for a single person. It included a double bed, a desk and chair, and a small wardrobe to hang the fabrics. The room had a window facing a courtyard. I was a little dissatisfied with the bathroom. It was old and the shower was so small that it was difficult to enter and move around. I would suggest the management upgrade the bathrooms with larger showers. Towels, toiletries, and a pair of bath slippers were supplied. Every day, room service was provided and the room was clean. Also, the room had an air conditioner. Breakfast, in my opinion, was excellent. It included a lot of delicious desserts, cakes and croissants, cold cuts, yogurt, and a coffee machine. The hotel is very central because it is three and seven minutes away by foot to Sangiovanni's train station, and 6

This location really made me fall in love with this wonderful country. Everything is perfect, delicious breakfast. The location is amazing, and the staff is friendly and helpful, so we enjoyed every minute of this paradise. We will certainly come back to visit this place.

Laura went above and beyond to ensure that I and my daughter remained an extra two days when our flight was canceled and the hotel was full, but she tried everything to make sure we could remain, and she did, still in our own room which was lovely and spotless. She is an asset to the business. Lovely woman who always smiles, great customer service from all staff.

The room is small but clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, close to the lake, San Giorgio train station, and the city center. The breakfast buffet was delicious and gluten-free.
