Perfekt beläget nära stranden. Rena och fräscha rum, mycket fint städat. Terrassen på taket var stor och det fanns både solstolar och loungeavdelning. Utsikten är makalös! Det finns flera bra restauranger i närheten.

Mycket trevlig personal rent och snyggt. enklare men prisvärd frukost , ett plus var att man fick låna cyklar gratis , receptionen var obemannad efter kl 14 så det var väll mindre bra .

Very nice and personal service with it's own restaurant and roof terrace. Smart rooms with modern bath rooms. Just the thing for an easy-going and relaxing stay at Marina di Pietrasanta, just a short journey from Pisa.

Wir waren Mitte September 2014 dort. Außerhalb der Hauptsaison war nicht so viel los, es war schön ruhig, aber gleichzeitig gab es viel zu sehen. Die Hotelbesitzerin war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Dachterasse ist genial, eine super Sicht auf das Meer, Abends super zum Sonnenuntergang anschauen. Einzig alleine das Frühstücksangebot war nicht sehr zufriedenstellend. Aber das ist in Italien ja fast schon normal. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal dort hin, es hat alles super gepasst.

Det var rent och fräscht. Frukosten var inte bra. Trevlig personal. Det som var mindre bra var att det bara var bemanning i receptionen till 14.00. Obevakat sedan och svårt första dagen att ta sig in via grind.

Il personale non lo abbiamo visto. Sono stati molto gentili coloro che hanno risposto al telefono da Roma dandoci indicazioni. Stanza freddissima con riscaldamento che nn funzionava e igiene davvero insufficiente.

Fantasma. Arrivati e nessuno ci apre…dopo ricerche arriva un ragazzo che fa le foto dei documenti (x chi? Boh) e ci dà le chiavi x entrare e uscire. Camera x3…. Che non è x 3… terzo letto aggiunto e non si cammina più, armadio piccolissimo. Asciugamani per 2 persone…. Riscaldamento in bagno rotto…. Arriverà il tecnico…quando boh…doccia al freddo. Pagato compresa di colazione ma periodo invernale non c’è. Peccato che Expedia venda il pacchetto con!!!! Davvero un disagio. Responsabilità da accertare attraverso le vie opportune! Da salvare…solo che la Camera nuova… in inverno SCONSIGLIATO!!! I

Non appena entrati in camera ci siamo accorti che il bagno aveva i muri pieni di muffa, di conseguenza mi son recata da Rachele in reception la quale come prima cosa cosa non ha fatto altro che mettere in dubbio la mia parola dicendo che era impossibile vi fosse muffa ma che si trattava solo di polvere (che comunque sarebbe stato un problema). Dopo aver aspettato 10 minuti, Rachele viene in camera e conferma che si tratta di muffa, affermando che non sapeva se vi erano altre camere e che comunque quella muffa “non ci avrebbe fatto male”. Dopo altri 10 minuti, dopo molteplici solleciti da parte mia, ci è stata cambiata la camera, dandoci una superior e sottolineando più volte il fatto che non ci è stata fatta pagare la differenza da camera base a camera superior (ma ci mancherebbe altro!). In tutta questa manfrina Rachele era molto scocciata e non ci ha nemmeno chiesto scusa per l’inconveniente creato e i toni utilizzati nei nostri confronti. Per concludere, nella nuova camera la stanza era umida, fredda, il letto aveva solo il lenzuolo senza le coperte che si trovavano nell’armadio… insomma un vero disastro fra disorganizzazione e scortesia di Rachele.

Terribile. Esperienza da incubo, ci hanno rovinato la serata. Arriviamo alle 18:00 per il check-in e non c’è nessuno. Nessun messaggio, nessuna email, nessun preavviso con il codice di accesso. Nulla. Siamo costrette a chiamare un numero, restando fuori con tutte le valigie, mentre una persona al telefono ci chiede i documenti prima ancora di darci il codice. Situazione già assurda. Entriamo finalmente in stanza e la televisione non funziona. Zero canali, completamente inutilizzabile. Richiamiamo il numero del check-in e la signorina ci passa un altro numero, dicendo che “ci avrebbero aiutato loro”. Chiamiamo e risponde una persona estremamente scortese e cafona, che invece di scusarsi per il disagio esordisce con: “Innanzitutto chi vi ha dato questo numero? Io non sono nel mio orario lavorativo, prenderò provvedimenti” e subito dopo: “Io non sono un tecnico della televisione”. Nessuna scusa. Nessuna disponibilità. Trattate come se i loro problemi aziendali fossero colpa nostra. A quel punto chiedo il rimborso per poter andare in un’altra struttura. Mi viene risposto che “non hanno potere decisionale” e che la manager mi avrebbe contattata il giorno dopo. Mai sentiti. Spariti. Zero professionalità, zero assistenza, zero rispetto per il cliente. State lontani mille miglia.

Absolutely the Worst Stay of My Life I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. There was no staff present, no one to contact, and it was completely impossible to get assistance when I needed it. The key card they gave me didn’t work, and I was locked out for an entire night—with no one available to help, no phone answering, nothing. When I finally managed to speak to someone the next day, the staff were incredibly rude and completely indifferent to what had happened. They didn’t apologize or try to make it right in any way. It was honestly one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.
