The hotel room was larger than I expected with all facilities, very clean, with strong wifi, breakfast had a huge spread and the location was very good opposite venetian meter train station on the left side of the train going towards venetian I lucia, the only problem was the air conditioning was not up to date and had to keep the window a little open.

Overall, our stay here was very comfortable. Good value for money. Everything was perfect! First of all, very strategic location. Just in front of the Venezia metre train station, like you can literally reach the villastre with a 10second walk? And from there it only takes about 15 minutes by train to reach the villas s. Lucia station and you can begin your journey at the main island of vincenzo. The room that was assigned to us had two queen beds and a large space for us to put our three large luggage and walk around the room. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Decent selections of pastries, fruits, dairies, meats and beverages. Breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of this hotel. The receptionist who served us for checkin and checkout, alessandro, was very friendly and helpful. He was patient and polite when explaining our questions to him.

Hotel plaza was our choice while traveling from Florence to Venice, and this property was right next to the train station, one stop before the main train station of vince. The rooms were comfortable, and the food was delicious. We chose this property to relax before heading on the city tour the next day. Bus and train are easily accessible, depending on your preferences for Venice.

The location is excellent. The room is old but adequate. This time, there was no sewer odor. A large supermarket interspar is within a 10minute walk. The bus station is close, and the metre railway station is right in front of the hotel. You can easily board an airport bus.

Hotel dan lokasinya bagus, tetapi pelayanannya sangat buruk. Informasi yang diberikan berubah dari satu orang ke orang lain. Kamar hilang dari reservasi kami meskipun sudah dibayar. Secara keseluruhan, tidak sesuai dengan 4 bintang dan harga. Resepsionisnya "dingin" untuk sedikitnya, di resepsi tidak biasa menyapa atau menyediakan diri, apalagi menunjukkan senyuman, kamarnya besar tapi dengan kamar mandi kecil (pintunya terbanting ke toilet), kebersihannya bagus dan sarapannya enak. Lokasinya di depan stasiun nyaman untuk mereka yang bepergian dengan kereta api, tetapi lingkungannya cukup kumuh dan tidak ada toko.

Sangat menyenangkan menginap di hotel ini. Lokasinya berada di depan stasiun Venesia Mestre. Tidak perlu khawatir jika membawa banyak barang bawaan, karena barang-barang dapat dititipkan di hotel dan kita dapat menikmati indahnya Venesia. Meskipun tidak modern, hotel ini cukup bersih. Sarapan paginya cukup bervariasi dan pelayanannya cukup ramah.

Saya pergi ke Mestre dua kali setahun (hampir setahun sekarang) untuk pemeriksaan kesehatan dan selalu menginap di Plaza Hotel. Saya merasa sangat nyaman, stafnya sopan dan ramah, restorannya enak, dan lokasinya dekat dengan stasiun kereta api, halte bus bandara berjarak 50 meter dan halte bus kota tepat di depan!

Pelayanan pelanggan di resepsionis dan sarapannya luar biasa. Kamarnya tidak besar, tapi bersih dan nyaman. Saya sangat berterima kasih atas bak mandi di mana saya bisa meregangkan kaki saya. Sarapan terlalu mahal. Meski sederhana, saya bisa makan buah dan sayuran sebanyak yang saya mau dan tubuh saya yang hanya makan gandum dipenuhi vitamin. Selain itu, ham dan keju Italia adalah nilai tambah pribadi. Croissantnya terasa sama lezatnya dengan yang Anda dapatkan di toko roti. Secara pribadi, menurut saya kinerja biayanya bagus mengingat lokasi, layanan, dan isi sarapan. Saya ingin mengulanginya lagi. Ini mungkin suatu kebetulan, tetapi basis pelanggannya sebagian besar adalah orang Asia selain Jepang.

Lokasi terbaik karena berada tepat di depan stasiun. Sistem bagasi (travel bag) sudah baik (sistem nomor tag) Bangunannya sangat besar sehingga terlihat seperti kebanyakan hotel di Eropa. Unik karena memiliki sistem kunci kartu buka. Sarapannya biasa saja. Lobi aula luas dan Anda dapat menggunakan komputer umum di lobi lantai dua. Cocok untuk 7,2 orang, meskipun tidak terlalu luas, tapi tidak terasa sempit. Jendelanya tidak terbuka dengan baik dan meskipun terbuka, udara sulit masuk.

I would book with them again on our next visit to vincenzo! We arrived in the city for our three days in Venice. Excellent location! There is a train station just across the street to Venice, and there are literally two stops there! The staff spoke english well! The staff was excellent. We checked in right away without having to worry about anything. When we needed them, they were there to assist us with our own devices. The room is simple, but it has everything you need. The room included a hairdryer and a safe. Marco Polo airport is a 15minute drive away. If you want to stay in a hotel while visiting Venice, i heartily suggest the plaza hotel!.

We had a lovely family room. Two queensized beds, very comfortable and clean. There was a tv, desk, wardrobe, storage and fridge. Plenty of outlets, nice big windows and automated curtains. The bathroom was lovely, huge shower! The only downside is the smell of drains occasionally in the bathroom and reception area. However, the area surrounding the hotel didnt seem the best. As three young girls, we didnt feel very safe walking in the area, but thats not the hotels fault, its just something worth knowing!.

Lokasinya tepat di depan stasiun, jadi sangat nyaman untuk bergerak. Sejak saya datang dari Paris, kamar dan kamar mandi terasa luas. Nuansa eksotis dengan interior bergaya antik. Kamarnya dalam kondisi baik dan saya suka ada bak mandi di kamar mandi. Sarapannya bervariasi dan stafnya ramah. Sebagai catatan tambahan, saya terkejut melihat waktu Seoul pada jam dunia tergantung di meja depan. (Saya pikir itu akan mengatakan Tokyo dalam hal garis bujur, tapi saya senang mendengarnya mengatakan Seoul). Yang terpenting, saya sangat merekomendasikannya untuk lokasinya.
