An excellent choice for our stay in Como.The hotel is clean, comfortable and extremely well placed. Right in the centre of the old part of Como: 5 minutes' walk from the harbour and the cathedral, 10 minutes from San Giovanni rail station, 5-10 minutes from the most interesting shops, cafes and markets. The room was very comfortable and well equipped; the shower was excellent (a big deal for us). The staff are pleasant, the breakfast (continental only) was very good. We would definitely stay here again

Good location to train station. Service by front desk was helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. We really didn’t spend much time there since we were gone most of the day. Bed was very firm , which I like, but most others will hate.

Mooi hotel in het centrum van Como. Alles is op loop afstand. Openbaar vervoer, eetgelegenheden en het meer. Kamer is netjes en personeel vriendelijk. We waren al twee uur eerder en konden gewoon in de kamer, tevens de koffers nog even kunnen achter laten op de laatste dag, goede service!

Lo staff all'arrivo è stato molto gentile nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni e i dettagli. Check in veloce. Ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito e la stanza era spaziosa e pulita. Posizione strategica: a pochi passi dalle zone di interesse del centro e dal lago. Unico neo (per essere pignoli): l'hotel si trova in un'area ZTL ma ha una convenzione con un parcheggio a pochi passi e comunicando la targa all'arrivo provvedono a far rimuovere eventuali contravvenzioni. Quest'ultima cosa, a saperla prima, mi avrebbe evitato la ricerca di un parcheggio temporaneo per evitare la ZTL.
