Sangat senang dengan kunjungan kami! Tempat yang rapi dan bersih dengan dekorasi kontemporer yang sangat indah. Diletakkan dengan baik untuk menikmati pusat kota Milan dengan lebih tenang (dua jalur metro 5 menit berjalan kaki, Duomo sekitar sepuluh menit). Penerimaan di resepsi menyenangkan dan bermanfaat, menjawab pertanyaan dan memberi nasihat. Penyimpanan bagasi praktis. Perlengkapan tempat tidur berkualitas tinggi.

We arrived as 4 guests in a single room. The 2 single beds were a sofa and a folding one, but they were very comfortable. It was a great visit! The reception was kind and professional. The free coffee and water in the lobby was great and helpful. We will definitely come back here. Thank you for a great stay.

The walk from the train station to the hotel takes more than ten minutes. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and bread. The hotel is not terrible. You must pay particular attention if you check in after 8.00 pm. Selfservice checkin can be a bit challenging. Its still acceptable to check in before 8.00 pm.

Strongly advised! Excellent location, just steps away from the Mercato centrale food market and milano centrale station. The personnel are incredibly helpful and kind. Prior to arrival, communication was smooth via whatsapp. Water and coffee are complimentary in the lobby. Quality rooms. Nearby best pizza in the city.

We have been here for a few weeks now. The location is perfect, not too far from centrale station and other transportation, but just a short distance away so feels quite secluded and quiet. Free water bottles, decent wifi, small kitchenette in the flat, laundry room in the basement. We are staying in a suite on the top floor, which is very spacious and cleaned well regularly. Would happily recommend it for families/couples longer stays, even short stays if you dont mind not having room service. The staff are great and very helpful. Thank you Claudia for all your help and quick resolution to any problems your a star and same to daniel.

We visited in november 2019. Convenient location near the train station. Goodsized apartment with kitchenette and small fridge. Free coffee, water and cookies in reception. Shampoo, soap and slippers are available in the room. The concierge was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have luggage storage while the reception was open. Nothing that delighted us, but good value and met our expectations.

Apartemen ini sangat bersih dan fungsional untuk 4 orang dengan dapur. Kehadiran concierge di siang hari dan layanan hotel setiap hari (bersihkan atau tempat tidur atau handuk). Tersedia ruang kebugaran dan mesin cuci dan pengering di dalam rumah. Minuman panas dan kue tersedia di pagi hari. Kami juga menghargai botol air dingin swalayan. Kemungkinan parkir berbayar. Singkatnya, tidak ada keluhan yang perlu dikeluhkan dan kami akan kembali dengan senang hati.

I stayed here for 2 nights in the biggest family room, they had 1 large queen and 2 singles, amazing spacing for a family of 4. The front desk was amazing, i had a cut in my finger on my trip and had to visit another tourist doctor to remove my stiches. As a visitor, i was about to be scammed with euro$120, but the front desk at this hotel helped me make some calls and ended up getting an appointment right away and paying euro$70. I couldnt give more credit to this guy for helping me seek doctor help.

I cannot recommend it enough. Beautiful hotel room / apartments in a quiet residential area with many food options. Gym available 24 hours with good range of equipment. Helpful concierge and room cleaning available daily. Free water available daily.

We stayed for 3 nights and regretted not staying there for the entire duration of our stay in it, which was 5 days. If we knew we could travel to pisa and rome and be back here, we would have loved to spend more time here.

Everything was ideal, from checkin to checkout. The room was very spacious and wellequipped, the staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for families. Walking distance to the train station and close to the metro station. Not far from everything.

The Residenza delle Città offers 31 modern apartments conveniently located near Milan Central Station and the M1, M2, and M3 metro lines. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, a social lobby with Sky TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, induction stovetop, and crockery.
