The first room was too small I asked to move into a larger room which was promised and then we were moved to a junior suit which was at two level story bed room and bath was upstairs and the sofa which would get into a bed was downstairs BUT there was no bathroom or even a mirror downstairs all closets for clothes were downstairs as well Not a good plan for three older ladies BUT location was great , staff were real friendly They knew from beginnings that we were three people and we paid a huge payment for the room I booked

I love this hotel. Its in the center of Milano. Breakfast is excellent. Staff i reall loved them and thanks all of them gor their wonderful hospitality. Not only reception everyone workong in the hotel is helpful cherrful and love it. I will come and stay again. Location and people is the best in this hotel. Hughky recommend everyone

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in arranging transportation from/to the airport as well as to other cities on our trip. The room was upgraded free and was so very nice and comfortable. The location is central to the city center to walking was so easy! Would definitely go back!

Odaya ilk girisimizde bizi tatlıyla karsıladılar. Oda cok temizdi ve her temizlemeden sonra bize çikolata ikram ettiler. Tüm çalışanlar cok nazikti ve güleryüzlüydüler. Odamız soğuk olunca çok bekletmeden ısıtıcıları getirdiler. Ailece cok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu cok iyiydi. Duomo ve Galeri’nin hemen arkasındaydı. Coğu yere yürüme mesafesiydi.

We stayed at the gray sina for 3 nights and would definitely stay again. I came to write this review because of the very nice staff members! Justine was especially nice and professional! I ate in my room one evening and my severe food allergy was perfectly accommodated. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was interesting and not so typical! It was a bit difficult to use all the light switches haha and there were some secret sliding doors which we eventually solved. Overall, i think you will have a very unique experience here! If you want a typical boring hotel, maybe its not your style. The location was great but it got nice and quiet at night, which i was pleasantly surprised. There were a few small things in my room that probably just needed a handyman to come fix, but it wasnt bothersome enough to call anyone up about it. I think our shower drain was clogged and there was a flickering light in the bathtub area. Also, we found that our duvet had some suspicious red stains in it, haha. It was clean, just stained, but we asked for a new duvet anyway as it was a bit annoying, and they replaced it right away. Apart from that, everything was great. Very clean overall! Anyone cleaning the rooms does a great job! Would definitely stay here again!.

Hotel yang sangat bagus, sangat dekat dengan Katedral. Kamarnya tidak terlalu besar, tetapi harus dikatakan bahwa sulit menemukan yang lebih besar di tengahnya. Semuanya sangat bersih, kami memilih kamar deluxe termasuk sarapan, itu luar biasa! Kualitas makanan luar biasa, pelayan yang membantu dan profesional. Kami makan malam suatu malam dan itu tentu saja tidak mengecewakan harapan. Kamar kami menghadap ke teras di lantai dua, di mana minuman beralkohol disajikan, tetap buka di malam hari meskipun bar tutup. Gadis-gadis di resepsi juga ramah dan baik.

This hotel is right next to duomo, very convenient shopping and access and night life. But, if you like quiet and less people traffic, this may not be for you. Otherwise, this hotel is amazing, beautiful and close by many sightseeing spots.

Great hotel , with great staff and excellent location and wonderful service and good amenities.Micheal and Arter helped us book our train tickets for our daily trip . Anastasia the manager was wonderful. Peter and Cecilia where very helpful , the service made us extend our trip for another 3 nights . For sure we’ll go back and stay there
