The hallway looks like a horror movie and the doors make me think of prison doors, but once you have the courage to walk across the hallway, the room will be pleasantly surprised! Large room with all the facilities needed and very clean. Looks perfect for tamed family with children of all ages. The hotel is large with many facilities and relaxation areas. Has families at reception and souvenir shops. I love open baths! There are two, one looks amazing but closes at 11 and another is open until 1 am and still enjoyable. Wish there were more options for clothes. They were nice, although they could have been nicer! And since this looks similar to equestrian resort area, i expect it to be cold in those robes because this appears to look like an ski resort region.

Very nice resort hotel! Come back next time, skiing is convenient, the buffet is delicious, it is suitable for bringing children, there is a snow park below the hotel and theres tv for free to the shikansen station.

Ada bus antar-jemput dari dan ke stasiun dan resor ski populer terdekat seperti Yuzawa Nakazato dan Iwahara. 1 F ada semua keluarga dan barangnya cukup lengkap Ada staf layanan Cina di konter Ruang pengering sangat besar, nyaman untuk menyimpan peralatan setelah bermain ski Ada dua pemandian umum, bangunan induk dan cabang, sangat nyaman Hotelnya kecil, tetapi kolam air panas di paviliun luar ruangan memungkinkan Anda untuk mandi di salju. Cabangnya lebih besar dan memiliki lebih banyak jenis kolam, tetapi jumlah orangnya juga banyak. Setelah mandi, ada mesin penjual otomatis tempat Anda dapat membeli minuman, susu, es krim, dll. Dilengkapi dengan mesin cuci, laundry yang dioperasikan dengan koin. Sarapan dan makan malam prasmanan bergaya prasmanan, pilihannya tidak banyak dan berulang-ulang, tetapi tetap enak dan dipikirkan dengan matang. Kamarnya rata-rata, tempat tidurnya dibuat sendiri. Secara keseluruhan, ini layak untuk tinggal.

Its a great option for families because it is quite practical. The cuisine is excellent. While taking in the snow, you can take advantage of the outdoor bath. However, one drawback is that you are unable to store your luggage. A ski resort and restocking shop are located close to the hotel.

Weve been here 5 years ago and are happy to be back. Some employees can communicate in english now than before which is good. The shuttle service center is only 10 minutes walk from echigo yuzawa station and is easy to see, but there was no one at the shuttle center to welcome you or ask questions so we just waited for the bus and luckily the driver can speak english too. From the ferry center it takes around 15 minutes to get to the hotel. We booked a large japanese room online for 4 people only me and my 3 children it is big enough for us and you can bring your own snacks or food. Its good to come here with small children kyiyuki land is right outside the hotels so its very convenient. Onsen was also good, you really relax, there is also an indoor heated pool and gym. Must visit!.

Will undoubtedly return with the kids. We travelled for two nights and three days with our children from chiba to niigata. The room is spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Although the lift moves a little slowly, the slope is favorable. Big onsen both inside and out.
