【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

One preschool-aged child may sleep in the same bed as their parents free of charge.
Please note that we do not provide extra beds or cribs.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
There is a paid parking lot within the property, but it is first-come, first-served. Reservations are not available for the parking.

Building construction work will begin on the land adjacent to the north side of the hotel on the dates listed below.
The propety apologizes for any inconvenience caused by loud noises during the construction period, but appreciate your understanding.

From February 1, 2024, in order to operate a hotel that is friendly to the global environment, we will only provide cleaning services for consecutive stays if requested.
If you wish to have your room cleaned, please post a "cleaning request" magnet outside your door by 9:00 AM.
*Bedding such as sheets will not be replaced.
In addition, from a sanitary perspective, cleaning including changing sheets every 3 nights will be carried out even if there is no "cleaning request" sign posted.
