Saya membuat kesalahan dan membuat reservasi ganda. Kami diberitahu bahwa kami tidak dapat membatalkan pada hari yang sama, tetapi terima kasih telah menawarkan pengembalian uang pada hari berikutnya. Kamarnya bersih dan terasa sedikit lebih besar dari hotel lain. Dekat dengan stasiun dan harganya tidak terlalu mahal. Saya puas dan kami juga akan menggunakannya.

A luxurious feeling hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms are small but modern and have a large tv and free vod. Both rooms and facilities are clean. My only complaint was the cushion, which could be replaced with a larger one at the reception. The location is great. Akihabara, ueno park, and both the train and metro stations are nearby. I didnt take the breakfast option as the local area offers many options for all kinds of food.

Saya pergi ke Tokyo Shitana Hotel untuk membeli perlengkapan anime. Halte trem terdekat adalah Ueno Hirokoji, yang berjarak 5 menit berjalan kaki. Hotel ini memiliki dekorasi oranye yang menarik perhatian dan terletak di jalan utama, sehingga mudah ditemukan dari kejauhan. Kartu kunci diperlukan setelah check-in untuk mengaktifkan lift. Kamarnya tidak besar tapi sangat praktis dan masih ada ruang untuk membuka koper. Kamar mandinya juga memiliki bathtub besar dan toilet siram yang berfungsi penuh. Sarapannya buffet tapi pilihannya tidak banyak dan hanya sekitar 12 tempat. Jika datang terlambat, mungkin sudah penuh, jadi disarankan berangkat lebih awal. Kekurangannya kamar tidak memiliki pemandangan, tidak ada pengisian air minum kemasan, dan pegangan pintu kamar serta elevator sering ada listrik statis sehingga membuat saya sedikit risih jika harus menyetrum 2 atau 3 kali sehari saat saya keluar. Masalah yang paling serius adalah terdapat petunjuk di mana-mana bahwa ruangan tidak akan dibersihkan kecuali ada tanda permintaan pembersihan yang dipasang di pintu. Namun suatu hari petugas kebersihan datang ke kamar saya untuk membersihkan tanpa saya memasang tanda permintaan pembersihan. Saya baru mengetahuinya ketika saya kembali ke hotel dan menemukan surat tersangkut di kamar. Tidak mungkin untuk mengetahui apakah kelalaian petugas kebersihan atau kebijakan hotel, tetapi sangat disarankan untuk tidak meninggalkan barang berharga di kamar jika tidak ada brankas di dalam kamar.

Lingkungan yang tenang dan ideal untuk dijadikan basis di Tokyo. Ada banyak restoran dan kafe di dekatnya. Staf yang sangat baik dan penuh perhatian. Kamar fungsional dan bersih, kecil tapi semuanya dalam gaya Jepang yang sempurna. Perlengkapan selamat datang disertakan. Sarapan berbayar di hotel.

I would definitely stay again. When i checked in for my stay, the front desk staff was very polite. Despite the fact that it was only three nights in february to see taylor swift. The room was a reasonable size, very clean and tidy. The customer service is a 10 out of 10. The area is very quiet at night. Requests were easy to make if you needed anything. They also have a great breakfast option on the property.

Saya pertama kali menginap di Ueno Hirokoji karena murah. Lokasinya tepat di antara Stasiun JR Ueno dan Stasiun JR Akihabara, jadi tidak perlu berjalan jauh. Stasiun terdekat adalah Stasiun Suehirocho di Jalur Kereta Bawah Tanah Ginza. Ada toko serba ada, Sukiya, dan McDonalds di dekatnya. Ruangan itu memiliki spesifikasi unik untuk APA.

I stayed here for a week in february 2024. The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. The front desk always provided excellent service. For the price, this hotel is very worth it. One train ride to asakusa, shibuya and shinjuku. Great location.
