[Notice on outdoor pool]
* Safety confirmation and cleaning time is from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
In addition, the pool cannot be used before check-in. It is available until 14:00 after check-out.
* The admission may be restricted for safety reasons during times of congestion.

[Tax] Please pay the bathing tax separately.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 06:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund is provided.
Pets can only be accommodated in a "Pet-friendly Room."
Please note that you cannot stay in rooms that do not allow pets.
Shuttle service is available for Izu-Atagawa Station ↔ Property from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Advance reservation is required. When making the reservation for shuttle service, please inform the property the number of people and arrival time.
Up to 3 small dogs, 2 medium-sized dogs, and 1 large dog can stay in the pet room.
An additional fee will be charged for pets: 3,300 yen (tax included) per large or medium-sized dog, and 2,200 yen (tax included) per small dog.
Vending machines at the property only sell beverages.
"Please note that people with tattoos may not be able to use public baths or other public facilities where tattoos can be seen by other guests."

To follow the Invoice System, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction. Receipts that split the room fee for one night or for only part of the total amount cannot be issued.
