I love this place and it's a fantastic place to make friends and it's a great town to wake up to and the perfect center for taking the subway to the rest of Tokyo. I love this place!

6泊しましたが終始快適な宿泊でした。一泊1500円程度でこのクオリティはコスパ良すぎます。駅からも近いし。近くの銭湯も良かった。下の階のカラオケは何の曲を歌っているのか把握できるレベルで響くが、睡眠に支障はない。宿泊している他の方もマナーが良かったので、不快な思いをすることもなく、静かに快適に過ごせました。神経質な人はお金を出して、それなりのサービスが受けられるホテルに泊まればよいと思います。

シンプルな簡易ホテルだったが、コスパは高かった。セキュリティーもしっかりしていたが、荷物を置く、鍵付きの棚があれば、パーフェクトだった。

Me gustó que estuviera cerca de la línea Yamanote, la cual cruza por varios de los barrios más importantes de Tokio, no hay un encargado con el que puedas resolver dudas, pero todo bien con eso. Podrían ampliar más la cantidad de instrumentos en la cocina. Dentro de todo me gusto mucho el lugar.

家から職場が遠く納期2週間前にカプセルホテルとして利用しました。朝早く出て夜遅く帰ってきたので、他の宿泊客とかぶることは無く、快適でした。潔癖症の方はわかりませんが、私は全く気にならない清潔感でした！！(そこそこ水回りが気になるタイプなのですが、予想したよりずっと綺麗でした！) トイレとシャワーが2つずつあり、洗面台も複数あるので時間を考えれば待たずに使えると思います。カラオケの騒音は確かにあります。ただ、コメントで酷評するほどは気になりませんでした。疲れていたからかもしれませんが、耳栓をしなくても毎日ぐっすり寝れました。《気になったこと》・二段ベッドの上の場合、腕力と勢いがないと登るのが少し大変・布団の真ん中が何人も使っているからか潰れて凹んでいた・洗濯機があれば◎ ・シンクの水が少し詰まり気味・湯沸しポットの中がカルキの汚れが浮いていて途中で使うのをやめました・タオルの替えを3日に一回でもいいからしてくれたら嬉しかった・最終日だけなぜかベッド周りのコンセントが使えなかった元々1週間の滞在予定でしたが、期間が急遽伸びたこともあり、2週間に延長しました。この料金ならまた泊まりたいです。

隣の人が動くと、ベッドが揺れて気分が悪かったです。隣との壁がベニヤ1枚なので、プライバシーは皆無です。

現地について、暗証番号の入力の記載されていましたが、暗証番号がわからず記載してありました電話番号に電話した所、女性専用の宿で性別の確認が取れない為、キャンセルされてました。性別の確認メールが来ると思っていなかったため、不明メールは削除したか、会社のパソコンなのでセキュリティーにかかり削除されたと思います。電話番号も記載したと思いますので、電話連絡を頂ければ良かったと思います。返金されるのでしょうか？

チェックインしたらベッドの上に食べかけのお菓子が乗っていました。普段なら連泊なら清掃が入らないところを清掃をお願いし、承ってくれたのですが、翌日戻ってきても清掃は入ってませんでした。それさえなければ内装も素敵でしたし料金もお手頃なので残念でした。

衛生面がしっかりされていない写真とは全くちがうリビングと言うかリビングでは無く壁と向かい合わせに長机に椅子が3つ両サイドにあるだけ洗濯機なし入ると生臭い
