【Accommodation Tax】
- An accommodation tax will be collected at the property, based on the room rate per person per night.
- For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200 per person per night (including JPY 50 prefectural tax).
- For room rates JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person per night (including JPY 50 prefectural tax).
- The accommodation tax is payable directly at the property.


【Baby Cribs】
- Baby cribs are available free of charge. Due to limited availability, requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Baby cribs can be set up in Comfort Double Room, Standard Twin Room, Standard King Room, and Adjoining Room (Double Bed only).
* Baby cribs are for one infant only, from newborn up to 24 months old (maximum weight: 13 kilograms).
- Extra beds are not available at the property.


【Breakfast】
- Breakfast is served at the restaurant from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM (last entry at 9:30 AM). Operating hours are subject to change.
- Breakfast fee: JPY 2,000 per adult, JPY 1,000 per child (6–12 years old), free of charge for children 5 years old and under.
* Menu, operating hours, and breakfast fees are subject to change without prior notice.


【Child Sharing Bed Policy】
- Children aged 0–5 years old may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding.
- Children aged 6 years and above are considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.
- Only one child per bed is allowed to share existing bedding. (Maximum: 1 child for Double rooms, 2 children for Twin rooms)
* Sofa beds are not available for children sharing existing bedding.
* When a Twin room is occupied by only one adult, children sharing existing bedding are not permitted.


【Housekeeping】
- Full housekeeping service, including bed linen change, vacuuming, and bathroom cleaning, is provided once every three days for guests staying multiple nights.
- Housekeeping is conducted between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
- Please place the “Please clean the room” magnet outside your door when leaving if you wish to have your room cleaned.
- In accordance with regulations, full cleaning is performed at least once every three days.


【Parking】
- Parking is available for guests. Due to limited spaces, parking is subject to availability.
- Parking fee: JPY 1,700 per night.
- The parking facility is mechanical. Vehicle size restrictions apply: height limit 2.0 meters, width limit 2.05 meters, length limit 5.3 meters. Please check your vehicle size in advance.
* Boarding and alighting of buses or cars is not permitted in front of the property or on surrounding roads.
