Recommended.

The room is a decent size but mostly used for the double bed. The bathroom is a good size and very clean. Near to shops and train station with easy access to trains to Disney and Electric City. Room serviced daily.

Everything is fantastic, the location, the staff, and the room are all plus points. The hotel is not too far from the subway stop, but I made a bad turn and went a wrong way. Before leaving the subway station, you must do proper research. The area is quiet at night and there are many men around, making it particularly dangerous for ladies. The room was small but comfortable, and the bathroom was pretty small, but the necessities were there, so everything was fine for us. We tried shabu in the hotel, but due to some language problem, we did not enjoy our meal there.

I spent one night at this hotel. However, I'm still enough to have an idea. The rooms are adequate in their typical Japanese style and they are practical. The breakfast is entirely Japanese, and there is no western breakfast. Close to Akbane Station and a train or bus terminal that takes you there in an hour with a direct connection.

This trip was very comfortable, even though the hotel's side entry was not marked yet clearly there, with a kind staff, good air conditioning at the start of the hot rainy season. Des tends to have slightly larger rooms and beds than most Japanese business hotels, making it a good choice if you desire a little more room, but a little more expensive. They also gave coffee packets with onecup of boiling water, which was a wonderful touch for this jetlagged gaijin. Breakfast was included in my rate. I typically don't take that option and go for walks to bakeries and supermarkets, but this was a nice breakfast with lots of tasty nibbles, both Japanese and Western, and English explanations that were encouraging. Very convenient to the south exit. In order to be near the south exit, get a few vehicles that are lownumbered to be close to the south exit, or remain on the platform almost to the south end, since if you descend on the north side, you'll either have to descend, or depart via the north exit. The east side of the south exit takes you down a little alley that takes you past some ahem gentleman's clubs but is not dangerous, as well as a lovely soba noodle shop, which is located on the side entry of the hotel, that is clearly there but not a mark.

We spent a pleasant night in a nice apartment with a comfy bed. The room was tidy and pleasant. The dry unit was fully equipped and added value to our stay. The breakfast was excellent we chose the Japanese-style breakfast buffet and had a great time eating there. The hotel personnel are friendly and helpful.
