When you stay at Dormy Inn, you have to pay [accommodation tax/bathing tax] at the time of check-in in addition to the accommodation fee.
[Accommodation tax] Less than JPY 20,000 → JPY 200 Over JPY 20,000 → JPY 500

The above tax rates are for one night per person.

[Bathing tax] A flat fee of JPY 50 will be charge at the time of check-in.

As of July 01, 2020 the hours of the communal bath and sauna have changed.
Communal bath: open every day from 03:00 PM to 10:00 AM the next day
Sauna: open every day from 05:00 AM to 01:00 AM the next day
As of July 01, 2020, breakfast time has changed to 06:30 AM to 09:30 AM, with last entry at 09:00 AM.
Baby cot is not available at the property.
Breakfast is available at an additional charge per person. Rates and times may vary depending on the day or type of breakfast. Please contact the property for more information.
Breakfast must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Car parking is available at an additional charge and non-refundable, one car per one booking. The maximum height of vehicles going into the parking lot is 2 meters. If the height is more than 2 meters, off site car park is available with extra charge.
Children 3-12 years old will be charged JPY 1,100 for breakfast per day.
Children 3-12 years old will be charged JPY 3,000 per child per night when using existing bedding.
Complimentary half size Chinese noodle is offered to all in-house guests from PM 09:30 – PM 11:00. (*please understand that there is limited offer)

Parking is limited and is on a first come, first served basis.
The property will turned off the air conditioning when housekeeping service is provided.
City accommodation tax will be enforced from April 1, 2020 and will be collected upon check-in. The accommodation tax rate per person per night is as follows:

In Fukuoka City, tax of JPY 200 will be charged for room rates of JPY 19,999 and under per night, and tax of JPY 500 will be charged for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over per night.

In Fukuoka Prefecture excluding Fukuoka City, tax of JPY 200 will be charged for all room rates.
