As soon as you leave Otaku Station, you'll notice this hotel directly across the street. The staff is excellent and the hotel is incredibly clean and well-kept. The room size is appropriate for Japan as well! They also have saunas and Japanese public baths, but we never used them because we had no time during our brief visit.

The location is perfect, near Otaku station, which is surrounded by restaurants and cafes, and also close to the seafood market. There is a vending machine and an ice cube available for free at 9.30 pm. There is no cover provided by the hotel car drop. It will be problematic on a rainy day. The room is fairly small. We received a room that could accommodate 2 people and 1 child under the age of 6. It will be even more challenging if you have a lot of bags. No room to move. Also, the toilet is very tiny, with a low roof. There is no bath tube. The complimentary wifi is extremely slow, almost not working, and the heater is old and not very warm at night, making it feel chilly. There is no restroom. The room is tidy, providing essentials like a tooth brush, comb, shaver. The hotel uses a unique music box song through the room alley, which gives off character. During our stay, the room is noiseproof. We also never heard any noise from outside.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a stone's throw from the or otaku station. We arrived in Otaku early, and since it was too early to check in, we left our luggage there and went out sightseeing before returning in the evening to check in. Took a walk to the Otaku canal before traveling up to Tenguyama until back to check in in the evening. Although the room was slightly smaller than the dorm inn express hakodate goryokaku, I thought the room was slightly smaller than the dorm inn express hakodate goryokaku, and certainly much more crowded here. Inside the hotel, a communal natural hot springs bath that is available from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. for an overnight time. At a cost, a body, head, and foot treatment sessions are provided. Despite being a little weak, there is WiFi access. From 9: 30 to 11 p.m., free noodle soup is available. There is a good variety of options at the breakfast buffet.

One of the finest hotel stays I've had in Japan. You stroll out of otaku station and there it is! Wonderful breakfast buffet so much food, so much variety, high quality sashimi and other ingredients sizable onset baths, perfect way to relax after a long trip. The area is very valuable to shopping districts, the canal, etc. and otaku station connects you to buses and trains to anywhere else you need friendly and efficient staff literally zero complaints

Very satisfied, would visit this place again. Across the street from Otaku station. The room was small but very functional. My kids really enjoyed the free ramen and the excellent breakfast spread. I really liked the start of the morning.
