【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license(Japanese government-issued only), etc.) before arrival and upon check-in.
Guests under 16 years of age are not allowed to stay at the hotel alone.
If the guest is a minor (16~17 years old) and staying alone or with other minors, a parental consent form must be submitted.
Failure to do so will result in your refusal to stay at the property.
