During our 15 night trip to tokyo, we had the best hotel experience possible. The level of service was outstanding. Despite it being late, one of the staff members escorted us all the way to a sushi restaurant and was able to secure a seat. Every morning when we left, the concierge and doorman welcomed us by name, and we were pleasantly greeted back in the evening. The concierge, with a special mention to keigo, was incredibly helpful in accommodating our numerous requests for restaurant reservations. The baby amenities were excellent, including a baby cot, diaper changing table, diaper bin, baby bath tub, and even some diapers! They left us a lovely card with personalized heartfelt messages from everyone on our final night, two gorgeous sake glasses, and an adorable soft toy for our infant. This felt more like a family home than just a hotel!.
