The room is lovely and the staff are very friendly. The communal kitchen and lounge are all good. About 10 minutes walk from jr station and 10 mins walk to sannomachi.

We reserved a family room with one single bed and two bunk beds. It was incredibly spacious for us. However, it takes around 7 to 10 minutes to walk from the jr station. When the storm came, the receptionist was very kind and gave us some advice. Jr service was stopped. They are really helpful. Many thanks for it!.

We stayed in a private westernstyle room. We arrived with idly and even though we didnt reserve n the parking spot in advance, the lady at the front desk helped us and allowed us to park in the hostels parking lot (it cost us an extra 1000 yen which is resonable). The hostel is very clean, kitchen and common areas are spacious and have good amenities. Its obvious that the staff at this hostel are working hard in every aspect. I would absolutely recommend this place in tunayama. Thank you very much.

The staff is very friendly and speaks good english. They helped us call restaurants to make reservations and gave us lots of information about nice places in the tayama region. Excellent comfort at an excellent price! Not too far from the old town, homachi neighborhood, and jr station. Everything we needed was in our japanesestyle private room. After a day of exploring the city, it is so pleasant that you get refunded for coffee when you check in. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare fresh items that are available at the nearby supermarket.

We had a great time in the guesthouse, it is perfectly clean and wellequipped in taman style rooms, tatamis are comfortable. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable! If you stay here, please visit the restaurant Genta, which is ten minutes away, and try the hida beef ramen you wont regret it.

The location is good and close to the bus and train stations. And then, the owner and staff are kind and helpful, they let us check in early. After that, we stayed in the family room with bunk beds which was nice. Subsequently, this guesthouse has a builtin cafe.

I had a wonderful stay at guesthouse ouka. The photos dont do this place justice! Cozy, comfortable, and immaculate. From the books and castiron fireplace in the common area to the stone flooring upstairs, this guest house has been thoughtfully designed. How friendly and accommodating the staff was astounded me. This guest home does excellent work, so dont hesitate to book here!.

The price is reasonable, the environment is ideal, and the staff is courteous and kind. Paid parking is located across from the lodging, making crossing the road inconvenient. A large boss supermarket is approximately a 15minute walk away. Hida beef can be purchased and cooked in your dormitory, which is more comfortable than eating out. Complete cooking supplies are available.

The hostess was incredibly friendly. We requested a good sushi restaurant, and we were given one! She made the reservation, which was kind. The room was spacious, with plenty of space, as well as spotless showers. There was much to see and do in the living area (games). It was pleasant.

This place is a great place to stay. I spent one night there with three friends. They have set up one room with encircled kitchen, drawing area, and toilet. The beds were very comfortable. It was one of the most comfortable nights. Very helpful person in charge.

The rooms are very clean. However, as you walk around the hallway, the parquet will make a loud noise. So if you want to go to bed late, you must walk very carefully. You can go into the bathroom at this hostel until 24.00. There are then two types of toilets here, one with billiards and another without cv. This hostel has i kitchen so you can chat with other guests.

There is a supermarket nearby, and theres parking available. The personnel are courteous and kind. Theres utensils in the kitchen that can be used. Its familyfriendly and has tastier lodging experience.

Age Policy

Children under 6 years old can be accommodated only in Japanese-Style Standard Room and Japanese-Style Superior Room free of charge.
Guests age 6 years old or over are considered as adults.
Extra Bed is not available.
An additional charge will be required for use of the rental towels.
Please be informed that Bunk Bed in Mixed Dormitory Room, Single Room and Twin Room are enclosed by partitions that do not touch the ceiling.
There is no door, and guests enter the rooms through curtains.
There is no individual air conditioning available for each room, and an air conditioner set in the corridor covers all the rooms on the floor.
Reception is open from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. Guests arriving outside these hours are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival so alternative arrangements can be made.
Reception is open until 9:00 PM. Check-in after 9:00 PM will be subject to an additional charge of JPY 550 per person from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and JPY 1000 per person from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
The hallway lights will partially be turned off at 09:00 PM. The lights at the lounge will be turned off at 11:00 PM.
The shared bathrooms are available from 03:00 PM to 11:00 PM and from 06:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
