Currently, you are required to pay the accommodation tax based on the accommodation fee, but the regulations will change from Monday, September 1, 2025,so please pay for anything that is subject to the accommodation tax.
*The amount is per person, excluding tax*

Accommodation fee (per person per night): 5,000 yen or more, but less than 15,000 yen → 200 yen
Accommodation fee (per person per night): 15,000 yen or more, but less than 20,000 yen → 400 yen
Accommodation fee (per person per night): 20,000 yen or more → 500 yen
*Even if you have already signed a contract for accommodation, please settle the payment if it is subject to the accommodation tax due to the partial revision of the ordinance.
【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

[Notice of Exterior Renovation Work]
Exterior renovation work will be carried out during the period outlined below.

Work period: February 2, 2026 – September 30, 2026
Working hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
During the work period, gondola equipment may be used, and staff may perform work outside guest room balconies.
For privacy reasons, guests are advised to keep curtains closed during their stay.

Some noise may occur during the renovation period.

Due to a mandatory electrical inspection and a scheduled power outage, the property will be temporarily closed on the date below.
May 6, 2026 (Wednesday)
The property will be closed after check-out is completed.
On this day only, luggage storage after check-out is available only if items are collected by 12:00 PM.
