【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

【Notice of Renovation of Main Building 1F Breakfast Venue & Price Revision】

We would like to inform you that the breakfast restaurant “Planet 3rd Shinsaibashi”, located on the 1st floor of the main building and operated under contract, will close after breakfast service on Sunday, January 4, 2026.
We sincerely appreciate your loyal support over the years.

■ Renovation Work & New Restaurant Opening
Renovation / Temporary Closure Period:
Monday, January 5, 2026 – Sunday, February 15, 2026
Following the completion of the renovation, the breakfast service is scheduled to reopen from Monday, February 16, 2026, under a new brand: “Iyemon Café Shinsaibashi”.
■ Breakfast Price Revision (Effective April 1, 2026)
Adults: JPY 1,650 (tax included)
Children: JPY 880 (tax included) – 6 to 10 years of age
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this price adjustment accompanying the brand renewal.

■ Breakfast Menu
Details of the new breakfast menu will be provided on our official hotel website as soon as preparations are complete.

If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
