It was great the dinosaurs were so cute and i liked your rooms But i think it would be better let toothpaste amd toothbrush take from the 1st floor because we felt little uncomfortable with it There were no toothpaste in the 1st floor! Any way i loved your service thx you

El hotel es maravilloso en una ubicación inmejorable. Yo en la próxima estancia elegiría la opción SIN robot porque no es muy funcional salvo que hables japonés. De ahí en fuera, la limpieza y las instalaciones son de lo mejor.

está a unas cuadras de Dottonbori y queda justo en medio de varias tiendas, metro y demás. Aparte es muy divertida la temática de dinosaurios, definitivamente me volveré a hospedar ahí. Lo único malo fue la cama que estaba durísima pero todo lo demás muy bien.

Great location less then a 5 minute walk to dontonbori, the rooms are spacious and clean, had a full japanese style bathroom including shower stool and deep bath which was very welcome after long tiring day. My only gripe was the lack of streets signs or a way to call a cab when heading to the Shin Osaka station, uber and google get confused on the tiny streets and with no markers it made it impossible to get an uber. The proximity to the station was great though, the only downside is that there were no lifts near the exit and having to haul a big suitcase up 4 flights of subway stairs is a pain in the backside. Would stay at this hotel again, the robots were cute too the dinosaurs were dressed for halloween.

這是我第三次到大阪旅遊，之前兩次都是較遠旅遊區的。這次很幸運選擇了這酒店。首先地點很近心齋橋及難波道頓掘，晚上逛至深夜也不怕。酒店鄰近兩三條街道有很多當地食店，是深夜宵夜好去處。第二點，酒店房間是乾濕分離，是我最重視的一點。第三點，酒店隔音意外的好，這次住左7樓近升降機位置，早上，晚上都沒有聲響。雖然房間不算大，但要打開兩個行李喼也充足。酒店是自助check in, 但不時也會見到員工，包括清理房間，或是在服務台側工作。另外，這次10天旅程，很多謝酒店職員配合，協助佈置，為伴侶制造驚喜。酒店的回覆速度十分快。（不過要記住直接傳酒店電郵）酒店重視環保，所以每天只會簡單換紙巾及摺被，掉垃圾，第4，7天才會換床被單。對於我自己而言，沒有任何問題，房間也不會過份污糟。始終價錢及地方優勝。最後，雖然酒店有自助洗衣乾衣，不過建議可去街口的24小時洗衣房，較多位置。另外，酒店大堂有很多漫畫觀看，而且門外氣水機的水只賣100Yen，每日出門及回來，我也會購買。

The animatronic raptors during check in was a fun process! I'd seen some other reviewers say they had problems with the check-in, but mine went smoothly. The room was pretty quiet and very clean. It was in a very central location which made it convenient to get lots of places
