This is such a well run hotel and every staff member from the cleaning crew, to the front desk, to the restaurant, to the ski valets are just wonderful. Our stay was so relaxing and easy. The rooms have everything you need. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are spotless, and the kitchens well appointed. There are very few hotels I’ve ever been keen to return to in my travels, but this is definitely one we’ll return to when we visit Hokkaido again. Thank you!

The hotel was great, the staff were wonderful, rooms are very nice, and the breakfast was really good. The onsen was also nice, and having access to the other onsens in the area was also a nice bonus. We also appreciated the ski valet service. The only difficult part is that it takes a long time to start skiing from hinode hills. You need to take a slow carpet, to a very short gondola, and then either take multiple chairs up the mountain or ski over to the Hilton to get the main gondola. We really enjoyed hinode hills, but the ski access was not ideal for us.

Wonderful hotel with excellent, large well provisioned rooms. TVs connected to streaming services. True ski-in and out via magic carpet; helpful ski valet. Nice onsen, although indoor and smaller it was very private and not crowded. No convenience store on site to purchase basics but able to get drinks and make purchases at the bar.

I normally do not get involved in reading my stays. The stay here was excellent accommodations were spotless and the staff bend over backwards to help at every turn. It’s a expensive location but well worth every penny.

Excellent suites, staff, and mountain access. Parking was clunky, and the bar needed better options for drinks and mixers since it’s a very western traveler appeal. Nespresso in rooms is a great touch and loved having washer dryer in room. Noone was in the onsen with me the entire 5 day stay. Would definitely come back and stay!!!

Witness a sanctuary with breathtaking views of yotei from a lofty spot, where the splendor of nature unfolds right in front of your eyes. The attentive and kind staff elevates the experience, ensuring a truly wonderful stay. Despite its lack of ski access, the breathtaking panorama more than makes up for it, making it a delightful haven for mountain lovers. Take in the splendor of yotei while taking in this picturesque retreat!.

If you want to relax at night and hit the more peaceful slopes compared to the bustling Hirafu area, i would definitely recommend it. Fantastic hotel with lovely rooms that provide a very comfortable stay in niseko village. The skiing areas are connected by a magic carpet route that takes 3 minutes to enter the slopes, and its a relatively quiet area if you want to hit the green or black hills.

We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful, wellappointed rooms with everything you need for a comfortable extended stay. We were in a onebedroom suite and had a fully stocked kitchen with fancy and modern appliances, nespresso pods, washerdryer with provided detergent, kimonos and slippers for the onsite onsen, bluetooth speaker, and interesting books to browse. The room was very spacious for 3 adults, and while the sofabed was made in the bedroom, it was easy to transfer the bedding to the living room couch. The hotel does not have many rooms (compared to the Hilton, green leaf, etc. ), it felt like a very private boutique hotel. There was rarely anyone else in the onsen, but when we went to the outdoor onsen at green leaf, it was packed and not at all relaxing. The onsite ski rentals were like a private shop, and the ski valet quickly learned our names and room number. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, and the concierge service was helpful in helping us make and cancel bookings. We took the convenient shuttle service into hirafu most nights for dinner. The hotel restaurant looked good, but it was very quiet.

I really appreciate the wonderful views of yotei from a high floor, as well as the friendly staff. Although it doesnt ski ski, the view is more than worth it. If you cant stand the loud parties and people in hirafu, the peaceful area is ideal.
