This hotel has an excellent location near Shinsaibashi. The reception desk is good, but it shuts down in the evening.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Kintetsu Uehonmachi Station, a 3 minute walk away, and the new Shin kabuki art hall. For the location, I would say this is the best hotel among many in the Osaka area for terms of service and price. Most probably because this hotel was built as a sort of telecommunications for public school teachers, mainly for the teachers' welfare. Anyone can stay here. The service, room furnishings, and atmosphere are both quite good, sufficient, and cozy. However, if you choose a beautiful, much excellent service atmosphere like other hotel brands, this is not your hotel. Especially during the hottest summer, this literally saves me. The lobby and front are both spacious, unlike many other business hotels. Additionally, a large lobby and front is excellent, unlike many other hotels. The fact that this hotel offers a hot tub and a chinese herb bath on the first level is a bonus, especially if you enjoy a large Japanese bath like me. Try it. Not only does this hotel have a bed, but also a japanese type room with tatami and futon, I mean a Japanese traditional futon, which is not called futon in the us. This hotel is again not beautiful, but it is incredibly well-kept and reasonably priced for
