The staff were really helpful. The location is close to Kyoto station and a metro line and easily walkable to the more touristy bits. The deluxe room upgrade one day was worth it but normal room was also great

The room is a bit small, but aside from that, the reception staff is very nice, their english is very good! Wifi, coffee, ac, nothing to complain about. We only stayed in our room to sleep and relax i dont know why this hotel is rated 2 stars! The location is fire.

Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah hotel dengan nilai CP yang sangat tinggi! Saya merekomendasikan! Hotel ini dekat dengan Kuil Higashi Honganji, sangat sepi di malam hari, tetapi hanya beberapa menit berjalan kaki ke halte bus, stasiun kereta bawah tanah, 7- 11, FamilyMart, dan Sento. Sangat nyaman! Kamar bersih dan sederhana dan hanya dibersihkan dua hari dari tujuh hari, menurut saya cukup bagus. Mungkin karena harga kamar lebih terjangkau. Meskipun lobi di lantai pertama kecil, tapi memiliki segalanya. Ada microwave, mesin es, dan dispenser air (jarang Anda dapat mengambil handuk dan perlengkapan secara gratis. Wi-Fi di lobi dan kamar sangat cepat. Ngomong-ngomong, ada brunch ikan bakar yang enak, saya sangat merekomendasikan nasi krim jagung bakar.

Este viaje estuvimos usando varios hospedajes y este es el que mas me gusto de todos, la atencion del personal en especial del Sr Fukuda fue muy buena, estamos muy agradecidos y tengan por seguro que en futuros viajes consideraremos volver a hospedarnos con ustedes. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas a comparacion de otros hospedajes, el espacio del baño es bueno y el diseño, privacidad asi como las amenidades lo hacen una muy buena opcion

部屋は広く清潔で使い勝手が良かったです。お風呂が広くて綺麗なのが大満足でした。他の部屋からの騒音はそんなにしなかったです。椅子を引く音には注意です。他の部屋に響きます。駅から少し歩きますが、わかり易い場所なので迷いませんでした。

Probably one of my favorite hotels in Kyoto. It’s one stop away from Kyoto Station so isn’t too crowded or busy in the area. This hotel is recently renovated and comes with a modern finish. I loved that the room was big and the bathroom was super stylish. The staff was super nice too and very happy to help. 10/10 would rent again.
