毎年４月は日本滞在時に利用させていただいています。 今年は、武漢コロナの攻撃で世界の国が迷惑と失望感を被っている時期の余儀なく滞在でした。日本では簡単にウィルス検査が受けられない行政下では、菌の陰陽性が不明で誰もが疑心暗鬼に陥っています。致し方ないことですが、 だからこそ、ホテルサービス業として、基本に立ち返って明るさや、暖かみを期待していましたが、フロントのお一人だけ（メガネの男性）、朝６時半頃顔を見てもあ『good morning』の挨拶もなく、難しい顔をして座っていました。こちらから挨拶しても返事も笑顔もなかったです。 それから、宿泊客が少ない所為でしょうか、お湯が出ませんでした。ボイラーを調節していたそうです。でも、さすがに朝６時頃、ぬるいみ水でシャワーすると、風邪を引きそうでした。 時節柄、全世界で、不幸な体験を強いられている中、だからこそサービス業としての起業精神を再認識されたら 有難かったかっなたと振り返って思います。

今回は、大阪での予定があって松本空港から神戸便が出たので初使わせていただきました。 朝早い便での帰宅だったので、空港から近い方が良いと思いこちらのホテルを使わせていただきました。 人数の変更にも快く対応していただきました。 スタッフの皆さんも皆さん親切にして頂いて、とても心地よくすく過ごせました。 朝食も食べきれないくらいの種類があって、選んでらだけで時間だいぶかかっちゃいました。 スムージー美味しかったです。 また、神戸空港を利用する時こちらにお世話になりたいです(^O^)

Overall great hotel for our one night stay, just across the street to the train station. Clean and spacious room for a party of 3 people with nice amenities. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance which was very convenient. The front desk was courteous and allowed us to store our luggage after check out for a couple hours.
