According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018 guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
If breakfast is not included in your order, an additional fee will be applied locally.

Elementary school students: JPY 990 Junior high school students and above: JPY 1,980

Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Please let the property know the expected arrival time in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.

【Regarding the mandatory entry of PIN numbers when using credit cards】
From April 1, 2025, in accordance with credit card industry policies to prevent fraudulent use, "signature-based authentication" will be discontinued when using credit cards, and entering a 4-digit PIN code will become mandatory.
At our hotel as well, in order to ensure the safety of our guests, entering your PIN code will, in principle, be required. We kindly ask for your understanding.
If you are unsure of your PIN code, please check with your card issuer in advance.
