The location was very convenient, next to the train station and a mall, the later with lots of shopping and dinning options. The staff were very friendly and helped me with issues such as arranging delivery of my baggage to the hotel in the next stop of my trip. Having a laundry area in the hotel was also very helpful & convenient.

酒店很新, 大概是落成不久, 酒店的內裝很時代化也很簡約美觀, 令人有愉悅的感覺, 職員態度也非常殷切, 大堂放置了茶包、酒店用品讓顧客自取, 房間面積適中, 市中心來說已是非常寬敞, 酒店位置非常方便, 旁邊就是各大主要商場及大阪JR站, 即使拖著行李箱往車站去機場, 路程也是非常直接及有升降機, 非常方便,整體很喜歡和推薦這酒店, 下次再到訪梅田很大機會再次入住

Location is great!! It is right by the subway/JR trains and lots of shopping and food options in the area. You would think it would be loud being in such a central hub but it was quiet so great for light sleepers. Found this hotel to be a great central hub for me to travel and see other cities like Kyoto. TIP! If you are travelling from Kansai Osaka Airport, don't take the subway or taxi. There is an airport limo bus (I believe it is called the Osaka Station bus line) where the stop is mere steps from this hotel. It was such a blessing with a big luggage that I didn't have to go far at all or carry it up/down any flights of stairs. Also given the close proximity to the major Osaka transit, taking the bullet train was also really convenient. The room is bigger than most during my trip in Japan. Check in was a bit busy so there was a wait. I'd recommend not checking in right at check in time. The line was quite long. Staff was there to support but all digital check in which is the norm in Japan.
