Check-in is not possible after 7:00 PM.
Children under 2 years old will be charged JPY 1100 per child per night when using existing bedding or extra bed.

The property has a curfew of 10:00 PM.
The property is located in a residential area and strictly enforces a no-party or excessive noise policy.

The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival.

There will be special check-in instructions attached to your confirmation email after the booking is made. Please follow the guidelines to ensure a smooth check-in.

Guests are required to take off their shoes when entering the property.

Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
There is a free shuttle bus from JR Hakodate station. It comes once a day, leaving at 1:45 PM. Please be at the station at 1:30 PM. Reservations for the bus must be made when booking the hotel. Same-day reservations are not accepted.

If you do not take the shuttle, you may get to the hotel by taxi or public bus. The public bus will take around 90 minutes to the hotel. Get off at Todohokke-Shishomae stop, where the hotel will pick you up. If you require this service, please inform the hotel staff of your check-in time when you book the hotel. (The hotel is an hour walk from the Todohokke-Shishomae bus stop.)
