[Accommodation Tax]
Guests are required to pay an accommodation tax.
The tax will be collected on-site on the day of check-in.
JPY 200 per person per night (accommodation tax).

[Requests]
Requests can be entered at the time of booking; however, they cannot be guaranteed.
Room type changes to a different room type from the booked one are not available.
Example: If a Semi-Double Room (Smoking) is booked, a request for a non-smoking room cannot be accepted and the room will remain smoking.
Extra beds are not available.
A Semi-Double Room has 1 semi-double bed, and a Twin Room has 2 semi-double beds.

[Children]
Children of elementary school age and above are charged the same rate as adults.
If the child rate is not included in the booking, additional charges may be collected on-site.
Child-specific amenities and bedding are not available; the same items as for adults will be provided.

[Minors Staying Without Adults]
Guests aged 16 or 17 are required to submit a parental consent form.
Guests under 16 years old cannot stay without an adult.

[Room Cleaning]
During consecutive stays, room cleaning, towel changes, and amenity replenishment are available upon request (free of charge).
Guests who would like cleaning are requested to place the cleaning card/sign by 11:00 AM.

[For Guests Who Selected Online Card Payment]
Receipts can be printed from the booking website page.
Receipts cannot be issued by the property.

For pay-at-property reservations of 3 nights or more, if we are unable to confirm your intention to stay, your reservation may be cancelled.
